Better than I expected for the price.
These are pretty much exactly like the Happy Step memory foam insoles, but you can get 2 pair for the same price as one pair. The material is soft and somewhat springy, but not so soft that it just becomes flat mush at the end of the day. The heel support is nice and springy, and does not hurt my heel like I was afraid it might. Arch support to me is average and I expected that since my arches a little higher than normal, so I normally add my own additional support underneath the insoles I buy. They seem to run a bit large (in length and width), but that was not a problem at all since you can cut them down, and the sides will fold up nicely in the shoe, creating a comfy cup for heel/arch area. I have to say these are my favorite insoles so far and I wear these to work everyday. I stand on my feet for 8 hours a day and come home feeling amazing with no foot, back, or leg pain.

Makes work shoes out of running shoes
I bought these for some Brooks running shoes that I thought might be good for standing and walking at work all day. Apparently running shoes are the Worst for all day walking use. I added these and now they are as comfy as my sketchers walking shoes! They have a good arch support and Extra heel support. I will buy these again and I do recommend them.

Great insolea
I work 12 hour shifts and so I walk about 7 miles a day. It takes me about half a mile to get to my department (I work in a warehouse). I also work in a basement and the break room is 3 floors up, which is the same place where the nearest bathroom is. I do a lot of walking and stepping so I needed something that works. With these insoles my feet don't start hurting until the last few hours of my shift. It's so much better than wearing none.

Didn’t work well for me.
Insoles have cushion, they just didn’t work for me. They actually made my foot issue worse.

Would buy this product again.
Bought for my wife. If she's happy, I'm happy.

These are so comfy
I bought a pair of shoes that made me feel like I was walking on cement. I decided to buy these in-soles and they are terrific. there are some days when I'm not paying attention to them that I think "maybe they aren't that great." Then I have a day where I didn't wear the shoes they were in and I was wrong. Definitely going to buy again.

Comfortable
First time buying inserts in hopes of relieving shin splints right before a 5k. I put this in 2 different shoes. The shoes that fit me perfect, the insoles made them way to tight and uncomfortable because my heel was lifted. The other shoes that was slightly bigger worked perfect!! I wore those with compression sleeves and it worked so amazing that I signed up for another 5k shortly after. Thank you!

Too soft is a big problem
Do not buy insoles too soft. The softness makes my foot not being able to sustain the body weight as a whole. The weight spreads to one part after another in a relatively slow way, this acts like taring apart my feet tissues.
