As a vegan this is a valuable way to add protein to the diet. This is a quality product. I just wish it had been a bigger bag. It was used up quickly!

After searching, this seemed to be the best value for an organic chickpeas flour that also had a reasonable number of positive reviews. Our order came on time; no problem with package. The flour is what was promised and of good quality, although I have only purchased one other brand in the past.

Since my husband became vegan I was forced to plan different meals that are plant based. This flour helps me create scrambled eggs. I add some vegetable broth and some diced onions and peppers and I toss it in a non stick pan and scramble it as though I was scrambling eggs. Season it with some garlic and onion powder and add some salt and I have the best plant based scramble eggs. I love this flour!!!!

I'm finding this is working pretty well for a white flour substitute. It doesn't really have a flavor, so it's been fine in gravy and as a thickener.

I mix this with turmeric powder for a great facial mask, really helps with dullness and texture
