Too bad I did not believe some of the complaints online and bad reviews...Once again, Amazon will sell any junk coming from China and as long as it makes them money, will have no problems in selling bogus garbage....I will publicly challenge Amazon to sell a real and effective Animal Repellent, scientifically proven to be effective. Less than that, save your money...

I wasted money for two of these useless piece of s..Equipments. I had to buy these to try to avoid damage to my solar panel wires but I installed two of these fake repellents and I saw squirrels walk right in front of them and not a sound went off. I went to check if the battery was dead and it was triggered by me walking in front of it. I threw a soccer ball in front and not a sound.DO NOT BUY THIS. MAY WORK FOR DOGS NOT SQUIRRELS

If fact, I think they dance in the light just to tick me off. Cat's not bothered by the sound, dogs actually crapped on lawn in front of the device - which was one thing I was hoping to stop.

The sounds it emits to deter critters are audible to humans so if you plan on using this product close to your home or a window, think again..

I purchased Diaotec Ultrasonic Animal Repellent Solar Powered Waterproof Outdoor Animal Repeller Deterrent to deter deer from eating my plants. It backfired and attracted deer. We had 7 of these in our yard and counted over 10 deer in our yard 2-3 feet away from the flashing lights and loud sound that it emits.

The signal could be a little louder but it works for me and I have tried a lot of things that did not.

No it does not work.deer walk around it like it’s not even there. The ducks and squirrels don’t like it , but I bought it for the deer - east of my money, wife’s not happy!

The solar battery died after several weeks. The deer got use to them when they worked. Waste of money.
