I tried cheaper foam on here, they all came in compressed bags. When they decomped they were flimsy. Some weren't the same size as the others. Finally i bit the bullet and bought these. They come uncompressed in a big box. They are thick and stout pieces of foam you can hold it by a corner and it stays almost perfectly straight no bending.Sound deadning is a expected. Pull the trigger, spend the extra. It's worth it.

Used these in our home office/recording studio to reduce echo and feedback and its amazing what a little piece of foam can do - they even look pretty cool on the walls when you arrange them in a pattern

This product is exactly what you imagine, the pictures are accurate. The included dual sided tape works quite well at 2-3 pieces per panel and the difference to the sound is more than ideal, I will be buying more of these in the coming weeks.

One pack of these is enough to deaden my otherwise harsh theater room. With hardwood floors and gyproc it wasn't an great for audio. I have a Pioneer receiver with Auto Macc and the improvement in sound is obvious and detectable with the receiver as well. Experiment with placement for best results.
