Worth every penny! I have a fused lower spine and even with a new saddle my butt and back were so sore after arena work. This cushion is perfect! It’s adjustable and so stable. My saddle is a slick seat so I wasn’t sure how a cushion would fit, it has greatly improved my comfort. It’s also improved my riding! I’ve been able to post comfortably at the trot and am no longer sore after a couple hours of trotting. This is probably the cheapest horse related purchase I’ve ever made and well worth it!It definitely doesn’t feel hard on my butt like some reviewers mentioned and doesn’t feel like I’m coming out of my saddle/seat. It has the added bonus of helping me get a better stirrup length, I fall between stirrup holes and adding the cushion was easier than punching new holes and risking offset stirrups.

Needs a longer strap

Nice cushion for your saddle. It definitely helps with back pain and makes the ride a little more comfortable. I would definitely recommend so far so good it hasn’t ripped or tour and I feel it’s very reasonably priced.

I bought a cushion for myself and my daughter for a 6 day ride. They fit well in the saddles and added needed cushion for the long hours in the saddle. However, I was disappointed that halfway through the trip, the seams were already coming apart and tearing considerably right by the label, below the saddle horn.

I trail ride 15-20 or more miles in one ride, a lot of transitions and this pad has made a big difference in my comfort. I have a pretty inexpensive synthetic trail saddle which I love and get a lot out of but the seat has 0 padding, this pad is so easy to put on and stays put the entire time and provides just the amount of cushion I need. I have a 15" seat and it works great. Highly recommend and the price is just right.

I love riding my horse, but at the age of 68, I knew I needed some help due to some lower back pain after some rides. I decided to try this pad, just hoping for the best, after reading the positive reviews. Well, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The pad stays in place, and even though I thought it might be too thin to give much comfort, I have been proven to be wrong. Every ride since buying this pad has been an absolute pleasure. I recommend this highly!

I bought one of these years ago, that had liquid gel and light weight leather cover. The new one has very cheap cloth like material cover. I suspect my denim wranglers will wear a hole in it very quickly.
