Works great for getting in tight places. I Uuse this to clean out leaves and debris from my yard fountain. Corners of net ripped around metal frame.

Work for exactly what I wanted it for for my skimmer is square with a 9 inch hole i was getting small bees passing through my basket and this stopped that and the little flowers off the trees

I bought this net, advertised as ten inches, to catch my giant pleco. First, it arrived late. The arrive by date was the 18th. The 18th rolled around and Amazon still showed it on the other side of the country. So I had to run out and buy a too-small net (8 inches) to catch my Pleco which was really not convenient because I couldn't even fit its whole body but I needed it by the time it was supposed to arrive (technically two days after, actually.) Net finally arrives after my pleco has already been caught and the thing is 14 centimeters. That's like 5-6 inches. It was advertised as ten inches. The fish would have barely been able to fit its head in that thing. The net seems fine, I'll use it for other fish, but I already had a net close to this size. So it arrived late and was of incorrect size. Bad purchase.

I use this to skim the floating hay & debris out of my horse water troughs. This larger size works so much better than those little green ones and the fish in the troughs are way easier to catch with this big one!

I have kept fish for over 20 years and have bin chasing them around the tank with tiny little blue nets for years thia thins is substantially larger its sturdier and for some reason the fish are not scared of the black net if need be I can net any fish out super fast now I think i got the 8in wide net

I've kept fish since 1968 and have used large nets for small 'nano fish' as well as larger fish. The net handles most of my current fish, and it is less expensive for the same product in the chain pet stores--and I didn't have to travel to get it.

Got a big tank, you need a big, wide-mouth net. This does the job perfectly.
