Love it!
I can never get Chef Brown sauce in usual UK supermarkets, and I don't know why? It's the best Brown Sauce out there in my opinion. I love it. Makes your sausages taste great!

More about the Date, than a long term relationship
For me, the peppery taste / spiciness is spot on. This is what I want from a brown sauce. Often this kick is not present in sauces . However, I find the date influence slightly overwhelming, here. I know dates are usually an ingredient in brown sauce, but I do not expect their taste to stand out so prominently . So for me, this sauce is too sweet due to the date ratio compared to other ingrediences. Daddies (HP) brown sauce was my favorite sauce . Well prior to the last reported recipe chance.

Received my order. (3 Bottles). Two had lids off and leaking; one was still sealed. I hope I get replacement bottles…

Not Gluten Free
I bought these the first time as they were advertised as gluten free so a put this on a subscription. Got the 2nd shipment and the Gluten free text on the label was penned out in black ink, so I’m assuming this product is not gluten free. I have cancelled the subscription. On a positive note the flavour is great.
