Great product I won't go another day without it.This is one of the healthiest supplements you can take with turmeric,serrepeptase and Nattokinsea. Turmeric and black seed oil have been proven to analyze your diet and will even kill cancer by doing so while the other two will remove plaque from your blood,help you sinuses and joints and a 4 very potent antioxidants. Try them I was taking male hormones for a year along with this and NAC 600 each of them twice a day and my Dr was amazed at how healthy I was but I was also working out 3 to 4 days a week and for you that van mean walking a treadmill but I wanted to experiment. If you have issues with your liver NAC 600MG twice a day will help amazingly forget the other supplement people claims help your liver and the dad has made it so all red yeast rice cannot carry enough of the needed property to work as a statin so stay away from both. I’ve added this oil to my health regimen and I feel it’s easy to add, is well priced for the product. It also has a wholesome fragrance that I enjoy.

This is the real thing, not some adulterated black seed oil -- that's probably why it's a little expensive, but you can't put a price on quality products. It took several months for me to feel its impact on my health, but I feel better with it, and not nearly as energetic and well whenever I stop taking it for a few weeks. So I've decided to stick with this despite the fact that it isn't the best-tasting of oils (but I'll take the taste over not feeling well any day). Great product and highly recommended, but please give it a few months, and be consistent -- take it every day. I started with a teaspoon a day and worked my way up to a soup spoon every day.
