I have extremely thick wavy hair and 61 years old. I have had tons of straighteners over the years. This one is fantastic, gets up to 450 in just a couple minutes. It's very well made, durable and works magic on my difficult hair. If you are looking for a great straightener, you have found it. And I hardly ever give a review. I waited a year to make sure it continues to perform, and it does.

I love this flat iron. It heats up very fast, and is very easy to us. Great for travel, does not take too much room.

I was a little apprehensive when I purchased this item since I am so used to using high-end straighteners. I'm not a stranger to paying around $200. However, after having this bad boy for a good month and using it consistently every day for a month, I can definitely say this is one dang good product. It heats up really quickly, and I like that it allows you to see the temperature as it is rising, that's a nice touch. The grip is very nice, and it does feel secure in the hand. Now, there is one thing that it does not do well, at least for my hair, and that is to get the frizz undercontrol. I have quite a lot of hair and very thick hair. My natural hair is wavy and tends to frizz quite quickly, so shout out to all the Latinas. However, I will say that this product does straighten my hair pin-straight, so I can deal with the frizz that eventually comes. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product for someone looking to get a good deal on a product that does perform well.

Trying to lighten my travel load and wanted one appliance that would both curl and straighten hair. While it’s small, it works great for both. Nice case. I thought the silver inside of the case was heat resistant but it’s not. I put a wash cloth inside to protect it

So my sister in law’s sister broke her flat iron and she was on the phone with me complaining about her crazy teenage twin sisters. So to surprise her I went to Sally’s to find a flat iron but couldn’t find one that goes up over 400 for a good price. So after reading reviews I came across this and for the price you can’t beat it. And of course I had to try it for myself :) it heats up pretty fast and it is very light to work with and it doesn’t pull at your hair like other cheap flat irons does. It really does work after 1-2 strokes my hair is straight but now we have to see how it works on her bushy crazy hair. Will have to update once she uses it on her hair as that would be the ultimate test and if it doesn’t oh well I will keep it :) And I love that cap that comes with it I haven’t seen one like this before :)

I originally gave a 5 star, but would give zero stars if I could now. Daughter straightened her hair when it somehow got caught in the hair straightener and literally burned her hair off.

I was disappointed in this flat iron. After reading the great reviews, and having the travel size, I thought it was the one to have. Unfortunately I found it hard to use, not lightweight for me, and could never find the right heat setting. I went back to using the travel size until I find a different one.

I typically don't take time to write reviews, but wanted to share that this product was worth every penny. The design is perfect for my chin to shoulder-length hair. It curls and straightens almost effortlessly. The curved design at the end of it makes it so easy to maneuver. My hair never gets caught or tangled with it. I bought it after doing some research - and the research was right!! This product is awesome and a very fair price!!
