Great Flavour
have been using cheaper brands for many years and just decided to give them a go out of curiosity-are they really that much better?. Well-yes! -for your extra money you get more flavour, less acidity (big plus) , big juicy tomatoes and a rich sauce- very few seeds as well. Make a fantastic pizza sauce and improves any other sauce that requires tomatoes. Consider this a cheap way to elevate your cookery, not an expensive way to buy tomatoes

Beautiful tomatoes
I didn’t appreciate how different from “normal” Italian canned tomatoes these would be. They have a rich velvet juice. Don’t work in every scenario (I use mutti finely chopped for Indian and Spanish sauces), but they are wonderful all the same and worth every penny

I know I can (& usually do) buy tinned tomatoes much more cheaply in the local supermarket, but if I'm making something that I want to taste seriously delicious and closer to the Italian style, then I have to use these tomatoes. Once you've tried them and tasted the difference, you won't want to go back.
