Nice, but too thick.
I purchased these to try and get better arch support in my Sidi Crossfire 2 SRS motocross boots. They are very well constructed, and seem like they would offer great support in all the right areas, but at 5mm thick, they are roughly double the thickness of the insoles they replaced and took up too much volume in the forefoot area causing pressure points on the outside of my feet.I purchased the insole in men's size 9.5-10.5, and they fit perfectly into my Sidi boot (size 44 EU/10US) without having to trim them. They are relatively inflexible compared to what I removed, and I had a minor panic attack when I tried to remove them, because I almost couldn't get them out. A little patience and a lot of swearing, and I was finally able to extract them.I will be returning these to try the Shock Doctor "Trim Free" insoles, which are 3/4 length, in the hopes that I will be able to retain valuable forefoot volume in my MX boots. As an added benefit, I anticipate the 3/4 length version will also be easier to remove (for when I need to dry wet boots).

A quality insole but no cushion for ball of the big toe
Your purpose in buying an insole may be different from mine. I am primarily interested in cushion for playing sports (racquetball). The green forefoot pad provides very good cushion but doesn't extend to the ball of the large toe, which rests squarely on top of that hard yellow plastic with very little cushion underneath. This will not work. The cushion for the heel is weak, and arch support is good though hot huge. For those who need a lot of arch support, I don't think this is the insole for you. If the green cushion pad were large enough to extend to the big toe, this insole would be a much better. And the seller here is located in Japan so this took 2 weeks to get to me. Had I noticed that when purchasing I would not have ordered it.

Decent but Shock Doctor 2 a better fit for me.
Had several pairs of the Shock Doctor 2. These were a bit uncomfortable in comparison. Obviously, everyone's feet are slightly different but both my son and myself found the 'front half' of these uncomfortable causing foot soreness and 'tired feet' after practices and games. We hoped they would 'wear in' a bit but after a few weeks gave up and replaced with Shock Doctor 2 insoles we've had before and really like.

Cured my severe Plantar Fasciitis
I had severe plantar fasciitis for about a year and a half and tried at least a dozen different brands of insoles to find relief and a cure. Some brands didn’t work, some worked to a degree, but nothing actually solved the issue until I got Shock Doctors. I was so miserable, I couldn’t walk, and I feel so good now, I’m actually afraid to ‘not’ have them in my shoes. It’s been about a year now, and all I get is a little tightness from time to time, but I can walk miles at the track with no consequence at all. These insoles cured my condition.

Happy Feet
These would be perfect if they had a bit more height in the heel. I never wear flats so I'm used to a little height even in sneakers. Aside from that, they are extremely comfortable in all the right places. I have flat feet, over-pronate and get pain on the sides of my ankles and arch. These help. They are sturdy (as oppose to marshmallow soft) so the support lasts. They are not so stiff that you need to work up o them. I definitely recommend

Okay, but not great
These do have decent heel posting and arch support, but they are lacking in cushioning - the balls of my feet were on fire by the end of each day (I walk anywhere from 3 to 5 miles just in my building during my work day), and there wasn't enough support under the heel which actually made my heel spur worse. I was hoping this might be an okay substitute for my old Spenco Q Factors that have been discontinued, but no such luck.

Big help for plantar fasciitis
I already had insoles but my plantar fasciitis make walking almost impossible. The Shock Doctor Ultra insoles let me walk a lot better. With plantar fasciitis, it is important to wear these all the time, even when walking a few feet. Also remember that they do wear out and have to be replaced periodically. Have a new pair ready and compare the new to old every 3-6 months. If you can notice a difference, toss the old ones. See my related review for Aircast AirHeel/DNS Care Kit - Round the Clock Reliefhttp://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B4NKL1U/ref=cm_cr_rev_prod_title.My wife also loves them - in her case for relief of back pain after spinal fusion surgery.

these insoles are very stiff and will take while to break, Your feet may feel sore during the break in period but, after that, they performed quite well. They are well made and should last a long time.

Great Product for court sports and activities on hard surfaces!
Felt a bit strange on first wearing but this quickly went away as I became accustomed. Must be working great as I put them in new Ball Hockey Shoes and scored twice in the first game! Seems very ruggedly built to take a beating. A little pricy but so far has been well worth the extra cost. Feels very secure in shoes and was a significant upgrade to the stock insoles.

Incomodas!
