Thus us an update to my below review: I changed from 1 star to 3 stars due to the excellent customer service. I received a full refund without having to go out during the pandemic and return the item. Thank you.Advertised as a sanitizer yet it is not consistent with the definition of a sanitizer per the EPA. The wordsanitize is not on the actual labeling, but is advertised as so in the description. This is incorrectly stated.Per the EPA....Sanitize – A product that kills 99.9% of germs identified on its label. Sanitizers are used to reduce, but not necessarily eliminate microorganisms from the inanimate environment levels considered safe as determined by public health codes or regulations.

I personally use these not just for the CPAP mask but also the N19 reusable rubber mask . They work great since most wipes do not use any disinfectant but these not only do that, they also help deorderize without leaving any heavy or perfumed smells in the mask. This is great giving that I use distilled water for my CPAP so this can sometimes give off a musty odor in the mask itself but these wipes clear that right up.I highly recommend not just because of the current pandemic but for general use as a long time CPAP user who was looking for a better alternative to the 300+ dollar O2 treatments they have for CPAPS. These can cause damage to the internal seals of your equipment over time depending on the make so with the wipes you can avoid that and just clean or replace your tube as needed while keep the rest clean on a daily basis with this much cheaper alternative.

The product itself is great. Very easy to use and minimal smell. I battle constantly with a dirty mask and hate waking up congested and sick for 3 days. This was hoped to be another line of defense.I read previous reviews that said the wipes were dried out and possibly because of the packaging. I know the delivery guy didn’t throw or drop kick my packages because I was outside when he delivered them so someone knowingly put a broken container in the package and sent it out. The manufacturer could upgrade the caps to eliminate this. It did have a foil seal so it wouldn’t effect the product in storage but still kinda a bummer that it came like this.i duck taped the hole and hopefully I will get a few weeks out of it

First, they do clean. But as for how they come out of the container is a different story. I have tried to use the system on the top of the lid but the wipes tear before you get them out they tear. You have to take the roll completely out to get a wipe. Not convenient.

These work perfect to wipe out my Face Mask of my ResMed full face mask. I have a So Clean Machine that I use for my Hose. Since I Switched to a different Face Mask and it turned my face mask yellow so I use the Wipes on my Mask now. Great Product and I recommend them.

I just opened the package and the wipes are bone dry. How are they supposed to clean anything if they are dry? I already have this set up on subscribe and save so I hope the next package is better.

These wipes are perfect for cleaning my Resmed Dreamwear nasal pillow and mask. Also the the water tank. Each wipe is about the same size as a square piece of toilet paper. It's important to know that you should reach into the center of the roll inside the container, pull out the first square in the middle of the roll and then pull it through the slit on the side of the container and tear it out. If you get it started right it will be easy after that to pull and tear off each square as you need it.

Although they came promptly and were totally sealed, after I removed the aluminum foil inner seal, I discovered that the wipes were almost completely dry. Totally worthless!
