I do not box. But I hike and rock climb and have very twisted, arthritic hands. I have to use my knuckles on bare rock anymore to climb and much scraping and skinning and bleeding and not going where I want because of that is generally what results. These help a lot with that issue. I can clamber over rough stone mostly unscathed. Very tough, very comfy.

They feel nice and tight. My hands get beat up from hitting my wave bag. Regular wraps are great if you have a trainer to do it. They are very padded and do a solid job.

Perfect to wear along with boxing gloves for extra padding of knuckles. I took it a step further and put a wristband over the knuckles then the fist wrap for even more protection. 4 days a week of boxing I need all the added protection possible. Good product.

Ad says they have a gel padding on the knuckles. The ones I got this week feel like foam, and they are already fraying after one use.

I'm not a fan of regular wraps so these are good. They are fairly cheaply made. The pair I received were frayed, but for the price it wasn't worth returning.

I feel like they keep my hands tight and supported when I'm punching.
