USA Pan Bakeware Square Cake Pan, 8 inch, Nonstick & Quick Release Coating, Made in the USA from Aluminized Steel

I have several different pans by USA and love them all. This 8X8 pan is so perfect for smaller baking products. I have used USA Pans for several years now and can't run my kitchen without them. The weight of the pan is very pleasurable as I know that my baked goods are not going to burn. Just a quick spritz with a good cooking spray is all that is needed, no greasing and flouring here. I have NEVER had an item stick. The pan has a slick coating on the aluminum that releases all baked goods as clean as you please.I don't submerge the pans in the dishwater (never, never, never place in the dishwasher) and with the dish sponge make certain that the pan is totally clean and then wipe completely dry. I also let this sit out on the counter for an hour just to be certain that it is totally dry before putting away. If you purchase a pan, you will notice that the corners are folded like a gift wrapped package and the edges are rolled under. Water can be trapped in these creases and could rust. All of my USA Pans look like new and continue to turn out evenly browned, beautifully baked items.I don't use metal utensils when removing food and stack carefully when storing. Now altogether this may sound like a lot of extra work but it really isn't as it just comes second nature to me now. Three minutes of extra care and always having really great pans is time well spent.The USA brand is possibly a little more expensive that another type of metal bake-ware but it is so worth the extra cost as they will last for years and years with proper care.

We have so many of these pans. They are heavy duty enough for commercial use. The nonstick coating is really good too. You may pay a little more but they are definitely worth it.

While on a cross country trip last year I visited an awesome kitchen store. I purchased my 1st piece if USA bakeware. A high quality pan for all your baking needs. I have since bought 6 more items.

I dithered for weeks over purchasing this pan after reading some of the negative reviews here and the fact that no matter how you look at it, $14.99 is a considerable sum for an 8" X 8" pan. But I wanted a metal pan to replace the 20-year-old Pyrex pan that shattered earlier this year when I inadvertently brought it into contact with cold water after removing it from a 400f oven.Because a fair number of the negative reviews for this pan cited leakage, the first thing I did after unboxing it was to fill it with water and it passed with flying colors. For its first use, I made cornbread (400f for 25 mins.) The result was picture perfect. This 8"x8" baking pan is super sturdy! I just made a batch of brownies in it and was happy with it. I sprayed the inside with coconut oil cooking spray and it was easy to get the brownies out and to clean it by hand. Based on other reviews I will not wash it in the dishwasher, and I will always use a non-stick spray.

I bought two of these pans and have enjoyed using them to bake. The baked goods pop right on out. The depth of the pans is great for various recipes. Everything I have baked with them comes out perfectly.

I absolutely love this brand. I have a few of their pans and I definitely think it's worth the price. If I had one complaint, it would be the size. I ordered an 8x8 pan and for the life of me, couldn't figure out why I couldn't cut even sizes, until I pulled out my ruler and discovered its more of a 7.5x7.5". That's a little disappointing. I'll be ordering the next size up to see if I can get closer to the 8x8 I need.As for the pan itself, it's very sturdy, thick, bakes evenly, I don't have issues with goods sticking, and find it fairly easy to remove product (as long as I properly prepped the pan before).I haven't had issues with leaking, but I use my pans for brownies and marshmallows, both of which are thicker than cake mix.

This pan is, hands down, the BEST baking pan I’ve ever owned! I am so impressed with the quality of material, not to mention the nonstick surface that is extremely easy to clean. As a bonus, it’s made in the USA! Where has this pan been all my life?!!
