Pun Amok: The Word Game with Crazy Clues

In each page, there are 6 punny clues, each yielding a solution 4-9 letters long. The blanks, where you’d write your solutions down, indicate how the long the solution is and also give you one free letter.For example: Stamp collector / _ _ _ _ _ O _ _There are also break-ins in the blanks so that the actual puzzle looks something like:_ _ / _ _ _ / O / _ _Below each page are numerous 2 and 3-letter tiles. You combine several of these tiles to answer each clue. The answer to the puzzle above is PASSPORT – so in that page, you’d cross out the tiles that read PA, SSA and RT. Once you’ve crossed out all the tiles that answered the 6 clues, the remaining tiles combine to answer the Bonus Clue, also below the page. This book is the best! Hands down, it beats out any other word game/puzzle book that I've owned. If something seems crazy, it all comes together once your mind starts a rhythm. I'm a sucker for puns and this was perfect. My only complaint is that I want MORE. I have a few pages I haven't filled in just so I can save them for my next flight. This is very addicting.An unnecessary comment I'm sure, but I like the paper in this book as well, the scratchy, smelly paper of puzzle books can be distracting.

I have had the best time solving these funny (and punny) word puzzles! I enjoyed it so much that I actually ended up buying several more as gifts for friends! If you enjoy word games and puns then you will love this! I only wish there was more than one!

This is not just a book of puns, but rather a crossword book where the clues are puns instead of definitions or references. It's tricky at first, but it gets easier as your brain starts to think in puns.
