It seemed overpriced when you can get a pack of 8 or more for the same price. But the quality assures me I made a worthy purchase. My dog chewed up my snaps of my favorite snapback, which has sentimental value because my dad got it for me at our first Spurs game together. So I didn't want to cheap out and get a low quality snap. This snap looks great, feels smooth, no rough edges so it doesn't scratch my forehead when I wear it backwards, and was easy to install. My only complaint would be the video they sent me to help install it. It looks very dated and was not that helpful. I just used some common sense to sew mine in. Other than that I'm satisfied 👍🏼

The straps arrived on time. They are a bit pricey but they worked well for my teenage son who needed to use them to make his baseball helmet bigger. Even though he had to bore the holes a bit wider, the product is going strong two games into the season. Will update again at the end of baseball season if I remember.

This was almost an exact replacement for my broken snap. Great quality. I knocked off a star for the cost. Seems a little pricy for a single snap when for the same price you could get a bunch from China.

This "fix-it" item came right on time. I had the ball-cap fixed in short order. Used an "Exacto" razor blade to cut the sewing threads on the old one and had my mom run a stitch over the new ones in a matter of minutes. Wallah---favorite custom hat fixed. The straps were a tiny bit wider that the old straps (it was on my little boys hat, maybe that's why), but it wasn't an issue, perhaps 1-2 mm wider. I did think it was a bit pricey for just one strap, but I wanted it in a hurry, so I can't really complain. Total bill was just under $10 bucks including shipping for one repair strap. I used this company because they had good ratings, I like a sure thing.

Needed to replace the snap back on my son’s team cap, took less than 5 minutes for me to seam rip the old broken pieces out and sew these new ones back in the same place. Sewing through the plastic with my sewing machine was surprisingly easy - no problem at all! I don’t think I would recommend sewing these by hand though as I think it would be much more difficult, if you don’t have a sewing machine find a friend who does - it will take them 2 minutes and save you your favorite cap! ; )

The strap itself does exactly what you would expect it to, therefore the 3 stars. I'm not giving any additional stars though because the instructional video contains a sexist joke and is unprofessional. If you want people to take your business seriously then you need to present yourself seriously.

Exactly what I needed to replace a broken hat band. Appears to be sturdy and well made. Easy to sew into place. Delivery was somewhat long, but I did receive it.

I shopped for snap replacements because I wanted to replace some velcro straps with snaps for a more hip look to my hats. I placed the order on a Tuesday night and the package came by Thursday, one day sooner than expected! Ease of use depends on your skill set but a few YouTube videos definitely helped me figure out the best way attach these to my hats. I sewed mine on and so far they seem very sturdy and the snaps are holding strong. I guess only time will tell how durable these are but so far so good.
