I had a hip bothering me and a doctor asked me if I was taking turmeric, and then a friend told me how it helped her brother, so went on line to check on it, and after looking over the different turmeric I decided this might be what I need. It's easy to take in capsule form, and do feel I'm getting some relief. I have found through an MRI that I have a tear, so possibly can't be the total answer, but it's feeling much better and this is the only thing I've changed in my life so have to give it 5 Stars. I'm a very active 86 lady and have a little farm and maybe I'm a little to independent and lift to heavy things, but really against having surgery so I'll be faithful to it and am hoping it continues to improve.

Easy to swallow and no after taste. I have become regulated these past few days! So far, so good. Great value and product.

My 1st time taking Tumeric and after about 10 days I could definitely tell a difference. Problem was a knee & after a meniscus repair I was still having pain due to some arthritis. This had been going on for over a year & now on the days I do have pain - which is not often anymore - the pain is hardly noticeable. A good, clean supplement & my Dr. approves!

Amazing product, PERIOD! Wake up feeling better, hit the gym more often and feel a lot more energetic through out the day! Definitely recommend it, simply look no further!
