Quality is excellent but it is not comfortable. It will not be on your waist. It will ended up on your chest ;( That happened to me every time I rode my bike.

I needed something to walk my all black dog at night that's easy to get on & off, so I will use it. This is perfect, especially for summer. I did not want to put on a whole vest, another piece of clothing in 90 degree weather. It's reflective enough to be seen and easy to clip on and off. Perfect.

Fits and works as it's supposed to. I especially love the reflective bands. I put them on my arms or use to fasten loose pants.

This is a great product that helps keep me safe on the streets without sidewalks at night. I like to go for a run or talk my dog for a walk at night sometimes and some of the places I take him there are no sidewalks. Thus, it sometimes feels unsafe if there are a lot of cars on the road and I wonder if they all can see me very easily. So, by getting this vest and using it I can now feel confident that every car can see me because it is so reflective! I love the bright neon color too and the fact that it isn't very heavy. This is a must have product if you are going to be walking anywhere at night and have nothing reflective on.
