The pans were packed carefully to avoid damage in transit and are good quality, sturdy pans. They are easy to clean even after making porridge. I love the integral strainer in the lids, which avoids the need for a separate colander or sieve.

These saucepans may be expensive and I have no idea how long they will last. They seem strong and the drainage holes in the lid work very well. No need to balance the lid at an angle like our old saucepans when draining the contents. Also like the glass lid, so I can see what is happening on the inside of the pan. Work well on the induction hob.

Cooking

I had decided to invest in some new pots and pans and set about doing my homework before spending my money , So visited several shops to get a feel for the various makes of pots and pans out there and the prices, I was prepared to spend a reasonable amount of money for a quality product which will hopefully go the distance and decided to buy Stellar and the fact that they come with a lifetime guarantee made me feel comfortable that they believe in their products, so having used them for about a fortnight I can say that I am happy with my purchase, I like the features of draining the pots without removing the lids and the measuring aid on the inside of the pots two excellent ideas also and there is no heat transfer to the pots handles or lid handles and finally I bought the deeper sided version which apparently reduces the chance of the water boiling over the sides but cannot verify this claim at this moment in time

These are really good saucepans they are expensive but well worth it. They are extra deep so things don’t boil over with the lid on. You can buy cheaper but I highly recommend these.

Two of the four pans had a dent on the bottom rim. Have returned. Otherwise the pans looked OK.

Love Stellar pans, gave my old ones that are still useable and sturdy (45 years old) to my daughter.I love the strainer tops of the pans, so useful, no need for colanders!The pans are sturdy and tall so things are less likely to spill out onto hob surface, they look good too (photos don't do them justice) The strength of the handles are up to Stellar's usual quality.....VERY pleased with the pan set and highly recommend. Good value too when compared to other makes☺️

Ho preso il set da tre casseruole che misurano 16, 18 e 20. Tutte e tre hanno i doppi beccucci per mancini e un manico lungo rivettato che rende comoda la presa. I coperchi sono con bordo scolatore e manico rivettato, tutti e tre sono induzione compatibili e di acciaio leggero. Sono casseruole adatte per le bolliture e le cotture a vapore e le minestre, per altre cotture direi di no essendo sottili e per cuocere un budino o una crema si rischia di bruciare tutto. I coperchi non sono da appoggio ma entrano nelle casseruole.
