I like the product
I think this is a great product, and I would totally use it more if I had the proper partner. This product usage is definitely going to be limited, as it requires proper space, a partner or a sturdy base hook, and the right knowledge. I definitely will use this for my personal training, but it would not be a tool for those looking to train by themselves.
