Excellent way to track your journey.
I love this book. It keeps me organized and motivated. I set up my workouts in advance and this helps me rotate through muscle groups and keeps me from being repetitive. I can look back and see if I need to switch things up, increase weights or where I can improve.

Comes at advertised. Very simple which is good. Can list 10 exercises per day. Has a section for body measurements. Nothing fancy but fancy isn’t needed

Most well though out fitness journal!
This is the perfect fitness journal for daily workout and diet planning. Previous journals I have used were not as thoughtfully compiled for overall health goals. The measuring tape helps you hold yourself accountable for losses/gains. I highly recommend this journal for anyone serious about achieving their fitness goals!
