Wright's Bread Mix Ciabatta 500g

Enjoyed ciabatta bread mix - had an Italian evening and bread was well commented upon.

All in one option to make Chewbacca (as we seem to call it) bread. I wish the instructions were a bit more detailed, but there you go. I suppose it’s hard to get wrong, and while I can now claim ‘I made bread’ it wasn’t much like the Chewbacca bread I buy in supermarkets. Mine was more Chewbacca crossed with a fruit loaf with no fruit in it. Though thinking about it, the olive is a fruit of course... That’s all probably my fault though. Maybe I got the mix wrong (hard as I said it is).

Oh I love this bread. Try it. I make mine in a large 11 inch cake tin. Drizzle a bit of olive oil in the bottom and agh some slices of red onion or red pepper and push the dough down on top of them. I also add a little garlic granules to the dough. I bake it exactly as on the packet and it come out perfectly every single time. It’s lovely and light and full of air. I make it using my dough hook on my kitchen aid but I have made other weights mixes in my bread maker. They are reliable and tasty, and my family and friends scoff the lot. Would definitely recommend.

Accepted a full no quibble refund.Not sure what to make of it but of late several other items ordered and delivered from Amazon Prime had to be binned because they arrived opened. On one occasion, even the delivery box had a big hole in it.

I had this delivered to my Son during lockdown. He sent me photos of the finished finished bread which looked delicious. He said it was really easy to use and lovely to have the treat of homemade bread. Great taste.

Very good and Useful. so I want to Repurchase If there is a chance

I was very disappointed to receive my order only to see that it was just about to reach its Best Before date. This should have been made clear when ordering to give one the option whether to buy it regardless of the date, which I would not have. Very disappointed indeed!

Just as described and easy to use, if a bit pricey.
