Loose fit and heavy look

I received the parcel and on opening the same I found that the right-hand side glass was slightly chipped. Though the item was not returnable, I initiated a refund by sending 3 photographs of the product and asking for a callback. I received a call from customer care and the representative after verifying my complaint immediately initiated for refund which was credited to my account without much delay.
