Ugly logo on the sleeve
I have skin cancer so I was thrilled to find a product that would give me extra protection from the sun. I purchased a cooling shawl arm protection a year ago and wore it all summer with my short sleeve tops. It's cool and comfortable, I love the fit and the fabric and the product works as expected. This year I reordered the product from the same company (Aperil) but I returned it when I found that the garment now has an ugly logo on the sleeve. I returned it and purchased another shrug from Malacoso. This one is identical to the one I returned from Aperil, same ugly logo on the sleeve. If I were only wearing this on the golf course I guess it wouldn't matter but because of my skin cancer I wear it for many outdoor activities. Nowhere in the product description do they mention it has a logo nor is it shown in any of the pictures that the product has a visible logo on the sleeve. I'll keep this one because I need it now but will be looking elsewhere for a more fashionable replacement. At least the shrug from Malacoso cost $3 less than the identical product from Aperil.

No more sun damaged arms!
I chose a large and it fit perfect! I am usually a small/medium. I’m 5’4” 125 pounds mid fifty’s 😉. I bought this for golf as a few ladies I played with were wearing them. If you have sun damage on your arms, you don’t need to go out and buy those long sleeve ugly fishing shirts. These take up no room in your drawer and you only need a couple. Wear them under a sleeveless top or short sleeves. Great for tennis too.

Perfect for me!
I tried another seller but their fit was always too small. I purchased the Medium. I'm a size 4 to 6 or small to medium in blouses/tops, 118 lbs. I use these shrugs for sun protection on the golf course and walking. The material is very light weight. Very comfortable! I will only purchase them from this seller.

Great for Golf
I am an avid golfer and was looking for something to cover my arms to protect from sun. Living in southern Texas, most of my gold shirts are sleeveless and the sun is intense. I haven’t used this in extreme heat yet (90+), but did wear them them the first time earlier this week when temp was in the 80s. They do feel cool to the skin when I put it on. I have big arms so was worried that they may be too tight, but the XL for me fit fine, not too binding. This product allows for the armpits to still be open to breeze, so the sleeves didn’t make me too hot. I did not try wetting the sleeves as that may help keep arms cool in intense heat, but probably will do so in later summer. The only downside I see is that for some of my sleeveless tops that are cut in at the shoulder in the front, I do see my skin between the shirt and the edge of the sleeves underneath.

Lovely product
Love the cool silky material against my skin. Perfect for when im driving in my car. My left arm always get burned. I hate wearing sunscreen. I am 5ft 3in. And weigh 160 lbs. My arms are kind of big and the XL fits perfect. Not too loose and not too tight. Just right. I normally wear a Large in sweaters. I wear it under sleeveless shirts.

runs small
I usually wear a S or M. I got the M. It's way too small. I'm 5'3", 34B, 118 lb. My arms are normal length. My shoulders are wider than average. When wearing over a sleeveless dress, there's a slice of bare flesh in the front of my shoulders/ above my armpits that the fabric does not cover. And the sleeves are short, about 2" above my wrist bone. So not great for sun protection :-( It would be better if they made sleeves 4-6" longer with thumb holes. The fabric is slippery, which is OK. I don't know if it works for sun protection because the absence of fabric in key locations make me reluctant to wear it for sun protection. If I bought it again I'd order XL.

There is a big logo not pictured in product photos
I got this shrug to wear under my scrub top and cover my tattoos for nursing school clinicals. I need plain plain white sleeves, so I thought this was perfect. Unfortunately it has a big ugly logo on it that makes this useless to me. It also digs uncomfortably into my armpits. The fabric feels nice, but it is rather sheer, so my tattoos are still visible through the sleeves.

Comfortable but short in sleeve
I live in Phoenix & Golf four times a week so wearing this piece is very important for Sun protection & comfort. It is very comfortable the only complaint I have is that it could be at least an inch to two longer in the sleeve.I don’t have real long arms & this was a little bit short. That’s why four stars not five
