Must Read for New Agents
With only a 1.5 years in the industry and becoming a first time business owner, I found Bart's book an easy read and full of wisdom. I will certainly take the majority of what I read and apply it to my business plan and now believe I have more of the map to building a breakthrough agency. Thank you Bart for taking the time to write this book and share your knowledge from years of experience!

Easy to read
Was an easy to read book with a lot of great ideas to keep motivated to achieve goals set for my agency. It also encouraged me with ideas I have already implemented and results that are being realized.

Exceptional
This book is exceptional. Bart very clearly lays out the most important principles one must develop in this profession regarding caring for the clients’ needs first, providing exceptional attention to detail, and being there for the client when they need you. It is a must read for anyone who works in the financial, insurance, business, or customer service realms. An overall great read.

Bad not terrible.
You can sum up his advice as follows:Start your agency part time as a fire fighter in an affluent area with no internet competition. And focus on getting elite clients. How you do this is somewhat of a mystery...Appreciated the advice to some how self insure your E&O risks even if they are $20,000...Not sure why this book is so raved about. It talks a lot about positive mental attitude and not enough about pragmatic marketing strategies.What I was hoping for was a conversation about marketing strategies, what worked what didnt, you know some tangible valuable reaL insights.Instead what we are given is, "One day I received a call to go to Beverly Hills and insure a fleet of Rolls Royce's.".... okay well why don't you mention how you got that call or the root source of the marketing that led up to it...There was some brief and dim insight on the importance of scalability. That's what earned the star.

The writing was a little vague. Not a whole lot of information that wasn't common knowledge.
