Why did I think this square lunch tote would hold a standard sandwich. I’ve noticed more and more “mini” items that look bigger than pictures and described as such. But the dimensions are in the description so shame on me for assuming. Lids are cumbersome but doable but likely not for little hands (which is why I bought them). They are “cute” (as in charmingly small) and feel like good quality. Will find a use for them.

Very easy collapse and stack together when not in use. I like being able to write on the containers with a dry erase marker. I did notice that water remains in the lip of the lid after washing and it takes an extra step to get them fully dry as I have to shake them out when they come out of the dishwasher and let them air dry.The company provides some great recipes that you can bake directly into the containers, which I haven't had a chance to try but look forward to.

I took a chance and got these foe my Planetbox bento boxes. They fit perfectly in the square section of the bento box. Eoth the cover on, it is kind of snug, but it will close.They are my go to for snacks. I did write on one lid, with the enclosed marker, and it only came off after I scrubbed it several times.Durable and the covers go on fairly easily, but won't fall off.

With the included and/or downloadable recipes, it is easy to put together meals that not only taste good but are healthy. And they LOOK LIKE FUN! The erasable note cards remind us to add a smile to our luncher's day. We'll be ordering a couple more sets. Winner winner, lunch square dinner!

Very excited with my new boxes. I love that it can go from the oven to the fridge to the lunchbox. It came with a great recipe (and I saw more on the company's website). The kids played with them all afternoon pretending they were having lunch at school. We finally made the spinach quiche and they ate it, pretending they were eating a monster. I am buying another 3 because it gives me hope that my lunchboxes will be more varied and healthy with this help. Fun! (and I usually despise preparing lunchboxes...but this was fun! and I felt pretty competent, and the kids approved (which is not a given).

I am giving this 3 stars because they are way to small! It is a good idea but they only have one size( way to small). I bought these for my 11 year olds lunch. They were so shallow you could barely fit anything. Even using all 3 my son it was not enough food. They would be fine for a preschooler to a 1st grader.

Love that the containers can be put in the microwave or the oven, makes it great for flight attendants or frequent travelers. The size is very small though. I expected it to be about the size of a sandwich container but it's even a little smaller than those.

Perfect for light lunch/snack. Holds 8 ounces.I bake a batch of crustless quiche in six of these little guys. They go from oven to counter to fridge to microwave perfectly. I wouldn't use them for leakables, but I'm not delicate with my things. Since they are collapsible, I would probably smush them and get yogurt or applesauce all over the place. I dont own a dishwasher, I hand wash they're easy to care.
