I bought this to replace my other non stick pan which started failing after a year. It was a well known brand made with a famous chef's name.....Having done more research, Blue Diamond seems to have a lot of positive endorsements!And yes........ it is brilliant! It is used on a daily basis in my household from doing breakfasts to doing our main meal of the day. Little or no oil is needed, heat distribution is excellent, so easy to clean and it looks good. A great purchase!So much so that I have now ordered a 5 pan set.March 20215 months later and I am sadly reporting that my skillet pan has given up the ghost and I am gutted. I found the non stick gave up being non stick. I always used wood or plastic utensils, washed it with a cloth and soapy water each time it was used. I put a little oil in it before adding the food. However, food started sticking and trying to clean it got harder and harder. So disappointing.

I loved this pan when I first got it. It held a lot of food, was truly non-stick and it was convenient to start a meal on the stove and then directly put it in the oven to finish off.Unfortunately it completely lost its non-stickness after less than a year of occasional use. Now everything sticks to it and it's a nightmare to use and clean. Very sad.

This pan is big, as you can see from the photo its diameter is wider then a large dinner plate and holds a lot of food! Its build very well and has a fantastic colour to it that the photos dont do justice to. The lid is very strong and puts perfectly to the body. This is an amazing product that I cant recommend enough. I will be looking at any other products by this maker and buying them to. This is an I duction pan also and it heats very fast and evenly. On top of everything it's also dishwasher safe so cleaning is easy too.

This is a great sauté pan, with good heat distribution and a non-stick surface that seems very durable, and ACTUALLY non-stick. A little on the heavy side, but good quality pans tend to be heavier than something that won’t see more than one Christmas. Definitely would buy again

I was very disappointed with my Blue Sapphire Skillet - after about a MONTH my eggs got STUCK even though I had been very careful use only a kitchen sponge & generic washing up liquid to clean this beautifully photographed lovely LARGE blue speckled skillet. Sadly MY Blue Diamond under performs in the manufacturer's marketing department's claims about its NON-STICK DURABILITY. I have owned one for over 1 year now.

I love this pan. Great non-stick, deep sides so nothing spills out over the edge when I'm cooking a risotto etc. Really easy to clean, and its oven proof. It is on the larger side so it doesn't fit on the hob too well, you have to keep moving it around to disperse the heat, and it can be hard to moderate. But overall, I would recommend it.

Non-stick - wash-up in no time at all.Well-made and not too heavy.Bought August 2020EDIT:Used twice a week, sometimes three times, since buying. Always used wooden spoon.Food beginning to stick in some areas, December 2021, but still easy to clean.

on first sight I thought it was too big but I've used it couple of times and it's the perfect size for a 4 people meal and it's great from hob to oven and vise versa the only thing you have to remember the handles get very hot
