Hardly no smell when applying, easy to roll on. Looks fantastic on my condo outside deck. Well worth the money.

This stuff worked great on the tiles around the pool, had to have decreased the surface temperature by 15° if not more. Before you could not touch them or stand on them for more than a few seconds now you can for as long as you want. Only negative is the amount of product required and you have to do a primer first or it will not stick

We ordered 1 -5gal bucket 1st, then decided to be sure to have enough we ordered the 2nd 5gal bucket . Glad we did! The 1st bucket had about 2gal that had rubberized already. We dug it out and mixed what we could with the other bucket. Contacted customer service about issue and going through process of compensation. Even with all that, we would buy again! Easy to apply and looks great!

It is hot to walk on unless you have water on it but then if you have water on it then is very slippery to the point of being dangerous don't put on deck around above ground pool will be shopping for another product. Also after several months of being down pool chairs stick to deck because of this product. Don't buy

I live in Vegas, It was 113 last week and my dog was burning her paws on the way to her pee area. I put 5 coats of this on pavers and it cut out about 75% of the heat on the pavers.

Easy application. Covered in 2 coats. Very good product.
