The cut-to-fit NOENE INVISIBLE under-soles are specially designed to help protect the joints by absorbing shockwaves generated when feet hit the ground. They are ideal for both sports and daily activities, as they absorb impacts and avoid the undesirable effects of gravity on the joints. These under-soles are only 1 mm thick and can be worn with almost any sneaker or shoe. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE : Remove your regular insole or orthotic from your shoe and place it on top of the Noene Undersole Trace an outline of your regular insole or orthotic onto the Noene Undersole then cut the Noene Undersole along the outline. Affix the tape to the bottom of your regular insole or orthotic then adhere the cut Noene Undersole to your regular insole or orthotic Place the insoles back in your shoe.

I ended up adding cushion soles that are helping better than these
Been wearing them for close to 2 months and my feet still sore and tired. I ended up adding cushion soles that are helping better than these. I also tried replicating the bounce effect shown on shark tank but could not get close to results. These soles may work for some but not for me.

Helped minimize impact on treadmill; works as advertised
So when I bought these, I was worried because of the lack of reviews and that it was all based off what I saw on Shark Tank. I took a leap of faith, and figured out an easy way to test this out to see if they did what they claim to do: I put one in on one of my running shoes and left the other shoe alone.I conducted my "test" by running on a treadmill at the gym. I can honestly say that while running, I wished I had both in because I did notice a difference. I felt less shin and knee pressure, and also less hot spot area friction on the Noene shoe. On the other, it was normal. I am a 6'4'' 240 lb nonrunner (mostly stick to weights) so it is important for me to minimize the impact of treadmill running on days that I use the treadmill for HIIT.In conclusion, I am happy enough with the results from my one trial that I am keeping the product, and I have it in both shoes now. If you have chronically bad knees or issues, this isn't going to solve the issues. It does seem to minimize impact and lessen stress though, and for that I feel its worth the somewhat high $30 price tag.UPDATE 7/21/15: I am still loving these inserts! They have made treadmill running so much easier for me and I don't have any aches or pains in my feet, shins, or knees afterward. The price tag is too high for me to get them for all my shoes, but for the high impact of running, they are a must have in my opinion.UPDATE 12/4/15: Still enjoying the inserts. They've helped up with no issues, haven't bunched up on me, and I continue to be able to tolerate running on a treadmill (as much as any normal human can tolerate that evil machine). Still no regrets.

Prevents my knee pain
The media could not be loaded. I usually get knee pain even with good quality shoes, but when I wear these Noene undersoles, I don’t get knee pain. They are thin enough to put under cushioned soles. There is no cushion to them. They are strictly to reduce shock. I’ve ordered 3 pairs because I can’t go without them or I will have pain. I have many stairs in my home and going down stairs causes shock.

Did nothing, not as shown on tv
I just watched the shark tank episode about this and thought it might help with my neuroma. When I got this, I did the bouncy ball test and they bounced the same on tile as on the insole. Wore once for a workout and felt no difference. I returned this waste of money

This product was great!! I ordered these in the middle of my half marathon training. After a couple of runs, I felt such a difference in my shins. No shin splints. Would definitely recommend.

Bummer
Doesn't do as advertised. I can't tell a difference. Bought two: one I gave as a gift to my daughter. She tried them and could not feel any improvement.

They don't seem to do much.
They don't seem to do anything.I will say one thing though, they don't breath. It's like having a piece of plastic on the bottom of your foot. So, while wearing them while working out and walking, the bottom of my feet would get pretty wet. Socks help but it is still much wetter than without the inserts.

this product did perform as it was designed. it absorbed impact and cushioned my footfalls considerably. the problem that i encountered was that i could not remove the original insoles in my shoes to place the Noene sole beneath them. consequently.my feet grew very hot because there was no air movement around the insole. this is not the fault of the insole, but the tight build of my shoe. had i been able to place the Noene under the original insole,it would have performed excellently.
