ULAK LG G2 Case, Rugged Hybrid Hard Rubber Clip Holster Case for LG G2 (AT&T D800, T-Mobile D801,Global D802)-Blue

The outside belt holster doesn't fit on the back of the phone, it HAS to cover the front, because the little black jacket thing (on the back) sticks out too far for the belt holster to pass over....which doesn't make sense why it can be propped up to watch shows on (or whatever) since the face of the phone is covered by a hard plastic belt holster. I mean, when the entire unit is on there, the phone is totally protected, but if you get a phone call, you have to push pretty hard to slide the phone out so you can answer it (the soft rubber sticks to the hard plastic). If the belt holster was a bit deeper, it could slide onto the back of the phone so you wouldn't have to take the phone out of it, to answer it.Now as far as the main rubber cover with the black jacket, the stand on that is great, the phone doesn't fall over or anything, the rubber is a bit looser than I'd like, but it doesn't fall off of the phone, but you definitely have to have the black jacket/stand thing to clip around it so it stays on. At the bottom, in order for me to charge the phone, I have to pull the rubber out of the way, because it IS so loose at the bottom, that I have to pull it up out of the way of the cord entry.All in all, it's a good case, it's got a couple of issues with the design, but, I am glad I bought it. I was running around getting a carnival ready, and when the phone was in that holster, I knew it was protected all around.....It was hard to answer the phone, but I wasn't expecting a lot of phone calls anyway, but if I was, there's no way I would have put it in the belt holster.Oh, and I didn't even bother with the screen protector. I had one like that (stiff plastic) for my last phone, and it was aweful.

There are minor issues with this product. There is a strong chemical smell to the rubber, likely a TPE softening agent or molding tool release agent. It is a stronger than would be expected for a new product and the smell transfers to my hands easily, and I find myself needing to wash my hands with use! I also had issues with the cleaning cloth leaving particles due to frizzing at the pinked edges. I didn't detect them until applying the overlay, so the screen protector application ended up bubbly due to the debris I couldn't remove. Also, the top and bottom edges are soft and peel away, exposing the edge of the screen protector and sometimes catching on it and peeling it. But the cover seems to work well at not obstructing cameras, IR light, etc.Issues aside, I like the look of the case and the design appears to offer good drop protection. The belt clip and stand parts look and function great. I would say not a bad product for the price, but spending a little more might make these issues go away.

This case is great for the price... Pretty sturdy but still a little cheap... Don't be expecting an otterbox... If u need a case that you know you will be dropping your phone over and over countless times get something else... But if its a normal case that u want that will protect ur phone from the useual drops of every day use then its perfect! Color is great... One last thing... The part where you plug in the charger is a pain cauz the rubber piece covers it and takes a few second to plug in... Overall great case for the price....

I bought this case about a year ago and have been very pleased with the quality, this is a very rugged and durable case completely protecting my phone from any damage any time I dropped my phone. I never write reviews, but an incident today prompted me to take a moment and review this phone case. Today I had left my phone on top of my car and when I reached about 60 mph my wife heard something fly off the car, it was my phone. Even tumbling down the highway at 60 mph this case protected my phone. The case did come apart (along with my phone), but after putting everything back together the phone worked fine. 5/5 I definitely recommend this case and will buy this brand for future phones.

Great case protection wise. The clip holster that it comes with didnt last long but it's still good for extra protection. The USB port cover is annoying to hold while trying to plug in. The flip out stand that is integrated into the cover is a fantastic idea, very useful. Overall I'm pleased with it. Has survived some serious drops and for how slim it is it holds pretty well.

Would I buy again? No. Would I recommend? No. It looks nice. It doesn't quite fit the phone, and I am constantly needing to adjust it. It doesn't fit the holster very well, because the case comes off when you remove it. The holster is a good protection, though would be nice to be able to flip the phone in the holster to see the screen. The screenshots show using the holster for a kickstand, but that's not really functional, since you can't see the screen. It also isn't designed like the picture, so the phone falls over instead of standing. Generally, I was comfortable using it until my 3-year old decided to throw the phone (why I got the rugged case). One of the corner pieces broke off. While the phone wasn't damaged, I now need a new case. I've had it for about 20 days.

Holster is good, HOWEVER the black plastic part of the case is really brittle on all four corners I had this case system for two months before 2 of the corners broke off after normal use (did not drop the case or have it go under any shock)That is why i only give it 3 out of 5 stars....if the corners would have been stronger than so would my review!!

the silicone case does not seem to want to stay on when you either put it in, or take it out of the belt clip holder. since this is when a person is most likely to drop the phone, it's a problem. the case needs to fit tighter. all in all it is as described and maybe over time the belt clip holder will loosen up but not likely since it;s hard plastic.
