Tomato Grower's Answer Book

I found the book to have a lot of good information. Nothing too technical but basic stuff you should or could do to get good tomatoes. I followed the instructions on planting the sets so I will see later how it turns out.

First year growing tomatoes in a bucket. This book answered all my questions. Will use it next year! It also has nice photos in it too.

No missing pages, but almost 20 pages of a whole other book are bound into the middle of the book, about teens dealing with finding out about their adoptions? I’m glad there were no missing tomato pages, but if you’re adopted and buy this book, you’ll sure get a surprise emotional chapter

Excellent book and well written. The author covers most the questions you will ever have about growing tomatoes. I’ve found it very useful and it’s changed my approach to growing tomatoes. After reading this book I now know what I’m doing right and what I’m doing wrong. I’ve also learned different technics on growing tomato plants in a limited amount of space with good results.

I liked that this book ranges from the most basic of how to grow a tomato, to esoteric problems like green-shoulders. I've been gardening for a long time, but I still found lots of information that I had never come across before. If you are hunting for an answer to a problem, you might find it after an extensive search of Ag. extension publications or on Google, but really its all here in this book.

I loved this book. It answered a lot of questions I had about growing tomatoes. And it answered a bunch I didn't know I had. The index is really useful. I learned a lot just flipping back and forth between the index and topics I wanted to know more about. The variety of color pictures were very helpful also. Good read for tomato growers and for tomato lovers!

Absolutely the best compilation of info for tomato gardeners!

It did not leave me feeling that I had a real handle on the subject.

It was a waste of money for me. Get better, more up to date information using a google search.

Superb book, everything you need to know, set out nicely & easy to understand.

I like a lot of the information in the book which is very informative however it only explains growing for warmer climates and nothing about greenhouse growing.In my opinion good for information in warmer climates but not ideal for colder climates.
