I recommend this tea. It's gentle on stomach and it does the job. I only drink it a few times a week so I don't use it daily. I drink this before bed time and in the morning it works. Hope this helps.

I have very sluggish bowels and everything doesn't work for me. This tea didn't have me running back and forth to the bathroom all day like a lot of the reviews but I did go a few times and was satisfied with the results. I will continue to use it when I feel bloated and constipated. I took the tea at 10:30 am and didn't go to the restroom until 7 pm. You have to drink a lot of water to avoid the intense cramping. I drank 1 bottle before taking the tea and 3 throughout the day afterwards. My discomfort was very minimal and stopped as soon as I relieved myself. Stay hydrated.

This tea cleanses you out like no other! I’ve noticed that the more water you drink before you drink the tea, the better it works.I usually drink three glasses of water then two after I drink the tea at night. By the morning it’s all soothe sailing. I’m not a fan of the taste given that it is too “earthy” for me.But I do recommend this to anyone who wants to cleanse!

The tea doesn’t taste bad, it actually has no flavor. I’m not sure as to the value forYour money since, seemed ok. However, doesn’t work. At least it didn’t for me. I mean for the amout of pain I had you’d think it be working so well…. But no. I just had the pain. Which I kind of expected. However, when I tried to use the bathroom….. nothing! You can do what you will with this review. We all respond to things differently. But for me it’s a hard pass. Sadly, Amazon wouldn’t let me return it. Now I’ll just have to dispose of it or drink it because I enjoy the pain… (NOT). The tea that has worked for me and no pain has been the “smooth move” tea, it works great and no PAIN!!!!!.
