Longer yes, smaller elsewhere? Definitely. Thinner material than their non occupational shirts? Absolutely. Definitely not a relaxed fit, no flaps on the pockets, I don't think I will bother with this particular Dickies product again.

If you have a gut like I do
These are traditional, good-quality Dickies shirts, no doubt about it. But the advertised sizing and the actual sizing are two different things. I went on a search, too, to see what's up: These shirts are advertised as 3XLT but they're not. The tag in the shirt is 3XT. Well, there is a difference between 3X and 3XL. If you have a gut like I do, these Occupational Workwear shirts are not going to close comfortably over your stomach. the button pulls especially across the belly button. I bought 3 of them at once, and all three of them are the same story. The tags say 3XT and they don't come in 3XLT at all. To the tell difference, look at the photo of the shirt. If it has a red tag, then you'll see that the L is missing. The 3XLT with white tags is accurate and fit the way you expected them to.

Not the same
I have bought this style dickies work shirt for my husband 2x before. I purchased 3 and the fabric is thinner then it used to be and runs smaller.

Total disappointment
This shirt is not what I was expecting for a Dickies product. Very thin material, poor quality and is a size smaller than it is tagged as. Very disappointed in this product. Especially since I had ordered four of them. Would not recommend this product. Much better to purchase direct from Dickies.

Compré esta camisa en mi talla habitual de camisas y ni siquiera me cerró.La dejé para bajar la panza y me quede, pero de entrada, la talla tiende a serpequeña.
