Not all quercetin supplements are as good as others. I found this one works best for me to keep my allergies from manifesting themselves. I couldn’t be more pleased, except if it was cheaper. But it is worth the prayers ce for me. One a day is all I now need. I us d to use it twice a day and first when my allergies were horrible.

First time to try buffered Vit C. I like it!

All year I'd been suffering various forms of allergies, especially since summer and even over winter. Itches I can't explain no matter what I eat, scalp toes fingers back. I came across this while searching for other supplements and watched a video on youtube about how this helped with people's allergies and decided to try it. The first week it didn't seem to do much but after that the allergies seem to lessen in intensity and now almost gone - except for an occasional insect bite itch. I will continue to use this product. Toying with idea of stopping it just to see if it is really the cause of my relief or if it's the weather.

This product does exactly what is advertised. I take 2-4 yoga classes a week and do slow strength training once a week. I have a serious scoliosis and am often in pain. This product REALLY helps. I take 2 tablets a night when I am in pain and wake feeling much better in the morning!

It's great that Amazon is selling this product. I have been using it for awhile and find it is helpful in lessening allergy symptoms, fighting colds and overall repair.
