The best pan we have owned. We have tried tons of copper pans and they do not compare to this one. It’s easy to clean, not have a sticking problem, sturdy, and looks nice.

Have only had the pan a few weeks, and so far, so good. It takes a while to heat up on the flat top electric stove, but holds the heat well and cooks food evenly. The surface is non-stick, but I do use a little oil in the pan and nothing sticks anywhere. The handle is very comfortable in the hand. It's a fairly heavy pan, and seems to be high quality. I'd recommend it over other, thinner non-stick cookware.

Handle is not designed to be properly affixed to the pan. Tried to tighten… Only loosened up. Poor design…

Haven't had very long , but so far we are very pleased with this pan. It seems to cook very evenly and I love the handle because it fits comfortably in your hand.

I cook my own food 3 times a day so I needed a pan that could handle just about everything. I used to buy a cheap pan every 6 months-1 year once the coating wore off. I got tired of this so i looked around amazon for an expensive heavy-duty pan that could handle being used 1000+ times a year. I came across this one and I'm glad I did! Its is very thick and large enough for everything. Nothing gets stuck if you use a little oil (I use olive oil for just about everything; fish, eggs etc.). I just spray hot water on it to clean it after each use and have never even once had to scrub this pan. It truly is non-stick. I have had it for about 2 months now and don't expect it to degrade anytime soon based on it's heavy build. Highly recommended.

Easy to clean. Handle is not secure, very loose and ackward to handle. Need to reevaluate handle attachment.

Love this pan for making omelets. Very sturdy, heats evenly and is super easy to clean.
