I am diagnosed with something called "Narcolepsy". I am overwhelmingly tired during the day, and most of the time I have a really hard time sleeping at night. This tea is absolutely amazing. It tastes great even without honey (every other hot tea I drink I add honey). This is huge when I feel like I'm going to fall asleep and I have already brushed my teeth. I have to hit a certain sleepy window and TAKE MYSELF TO BED. If I miss the sleepy window, I'll have no luck sleeping.I absolutely refuse to take prescription sleeping medications of any kind. Tablet melatonin doesn't work for me at all. I have "sleep drops" with liquid melatonin and "tart cherry concentrate" which works great, but it is EXPENSIVE.I love this tea because it works, I have awesome dreams when I drink it, it's somewhat affordable, and I don't have to take prescription drugs just to go to sleep.Try it out. I think it's Chinese herbs best kept secret.

I got these for the purpose that's stated on the box, and they are perfect for that. I have one a night and try to never run out of them. Taste is pretty good too, mildly sweet.
