Let me begin by saying that this is a beautiful chain. In every other respect, it's exactly what I was hoping for. It's shiny, solid, and looks like it will hold up to daily wear. Unfortunately, someone at this company or Amazon or SOMEWHERE along the line never mastered the concept of inches in elementary school. I ordered the 24-inch chain because I specifically wanted that length; I had hoped to just lift the chain on and off.There is simply no stretch of the imagination that will turn what I received into 24 inches. It's about 19 or 20 at absolute best. This baffles and irritates me because as I said, in every other regard, the chain is wonderful. I can and will reorder the 30 inch, which will perhaps actually BE the 24 inches I originally wanted if this chain is any indication. But this shouldn't be necessary. It's such an easy and elementary problem to avoid.So order this chain - it's worth it. But consider what length you actually want, and order wisely. I'd really recommend ordering one length longer than what you think is necessary, and what you get might actually be the length you desire. Annoying. Very, VERY annoying for an otherwise great product.

I like that the item is true to size and can hold my two lockets. It strong and hasnt turn black.

Nobody is going to mistake this chain for "fine" jewelry, but then, that's not what they pass it off as, either. It's a chain with a very nice weight, which makes it seem sturdy. With mine, the link attached to the lobster claw clasp tore open one day. It took a good amount of force to happen, so I'm not sure how valid that point is. When I tried to bend it back into some semblance of the original shape, I couldn't budge it. Not even a millionth of a millimeter. So that's a good sign. Wish I could be more definitive for you, but that's as good as I can do. It is pretty heavy, and I think that's a good thing.

I never liked silver chains because they inevitably turn black and I can never get them looking as good as they did on day one. So i always bought white gold chains until I discovered these. They are well polished so look exactly like white gold but stronger and at a fraction of the cost. In fact I'm not sure I remember which of my chains are white gold and which are these lovely imposters! I am fond of those pendants sold at festivals that are made of real stones. They are usually a bit heavy and I worried my gold chains would not be strong enough so have used these in several different lengths and not a single one has broken! Very happy with them and will probably never spend the money to buy another gold one!

Great Buy. I use them (I bought 2 of them) for 2 pendants. They are, look pretty strong. I have (Nite - Ize S - Biners - Small) so, if I want, I can hang lightweight keys, Whatever...Great price, Stainless Steel, Strong... Came faster that expected. 3 - 5 days faster? Satisfied. Maybe the same company... I'll get a heavier SS chain. This is a about the same size a a Dog tag chain but it looks, feels strong. The reviews tells you something I think. I have not been misled much by the reviews. Pretty reliable for the most part. Anyway, they are nice...

I bought this chain to wear a pendant from the anime Bleach ( even though it's supposed to held not worn).This is a great chain. I have a very large collection of novelty necklaces but most of chains/laces are either poor quality or too short. I purchased this chain for the length which was the 30 inch model and it's a perfect fit. I like that I don't have to unclasp the chain to remove it from my head, I just lift it off. I've been wearing the chain most days since I've received it, which is almost a month now and I haven't had any problems with regards to cosmetic wear. I do own a chain or two that suffers from discoloration when you wear it touching your skin but this chain still looks like new so far. I doubt I'll have any problems with it. Seems well made.

Bought this to compliment the One Ring and it’s a dead ringer for the chain in the LOTR movies.

I sell jewelry for a living and was just buying this chain for myself because it was cheap, but I was looking for a 24" chain, this one doesn't give size options so when I got it based on description I expected it to be 18" to 36" any of which I could have worked with but when I unboxed it it was only 14"I'll likely still wear it for layering but I didn't order a 14" chain I ordered an 18-36" chain

Price good , but looks better on the picture then actually is very light in weight
