I put these in my tank and then I was inundated with tiny water mite/tick looking things. The cuttle fish bone was covered in them when i put it in the water and they were crawling all over my turtles shells. Taken months to sort out.

Not the best, a lot of broken ones so no use as it’s for aviary so a waste of money if you want it for an aviary. Also very small the size of a finger
