Ordered three of the school frames, two came broken on the corners, probably could have fixed ourselves but for something brand new we opted to replace them. Two more were sent out right away, both came in good condition. Now all three are hanging beautifully on the wall, hopefully for years to come. They are sturdy and don't feel or look cheaply made. I recommend the purchase.

It’s perfect for my kids school photos

These were a gift for my daughter and she loves them. They are going to hold up well over the years.

Cute and gets the job done for our first day of school. The issue is it comes with a hanging tab that is sticky and stapled.When you remove it leaves a staple mark and it removes the finish. Thankfully it’s on the last day of school side, which I likely won’t use. But something to consider if you plan to.

I was so excited for my son to start TK and loved the circular design for his first day of school. Well…. To start, the tag has adhesive on it which peeled the paint away from the top of the sign. No Biggie I thought, I’ll just fill it in with black sharpie and edit the photo to make sure it blends. Then I went to write on it well, the paint is cheap and looks more like black paint than actual chalkboard paint. So Wood is porous and the chalk pen seeped into the grain of the wood. So NOW it will not wipe off! No where in the product description does it say anything about not using chalk pens. So I assumed it would be fine, NOPE! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! I CAN NOT REUSE IT.

I purchased the School Days version with spaces for K-12 photos. I'm thrilled with the result! The frames were well-packaged and arrived in great condition. I got these for a steal but would still have been pleased if I had paid a higher price. They look great with my kids' photos!

I ordered these for above my kids book bag hooks. Unfortunately, they were too big for the area on my wall (as I needed 4). I tried to find another place for them because I loved them so much but no where worked at that moment. Regretfully, I had to return them. I wanted so bad for them to work. If they fit, buy them. They are adorable and how fun to see the progression of the years all in one place.

The glass arrived shattered

The sign is adorable but unfortunately they stapled a plastic hook to the back leaving two staple holes and glue from the adhesive. Additionally, when I pulled the hook off the back it ripped some of the paint off. I was very disappointed. Luckily I had a black pencil crayon to fill in the paint. It helped a bit but you can still tell.

Was an international delivery to Aus and arrive in perfect condition, no damage in transport, which is what I was worried about, especially as it contained glass.

I specifically ordered this product because I liked the vibrant colors of the words" FIRST DAY OF", however it arrived with these words just in white. Also, one side of the board had scratches on it and a ripple in the paper that you are meant to write on.

If I could rate this a zero star then I would. It is very poorly made, the chalk barely wipes off and they adhered the plastic packaging to the sign. When you remove the packaging it peels off all the black colouring from the wood. It's terrible! I had to use a black marker to colour it all in. Very disappointed!!

Came cracked and no refund.
