I bought this as a decoration on a cake I did for our department birthday celebration. I used the Lychee, as it was white, on the rooster tail of a hydroplane. The cake was corny, but it worked. We just celebrated Seafair in Seattle, which is a huge month long Summer celebration with neighborhood parades and the grand finally of the Hydros with Blue Angles!But on to the product. It came very well packaged and kept in the containers for weeks before opening. I opened the Sea Salt and Caramel first to test out the rooster tail and it worked well. The product is very light and fluffy. The taste of this one was a bit odd to me, but the other flavors were good. I especially liked the Watermelon. The flavor was there without being overly sweet, considering it is all sugar. The package I opened lasted in the container for several days before starting to shrink and crystalize. I did not open the others until the day I needed it, but offered the left overs to the b-day party and the group liked it as well. I suspect there will be more orders! I would definitely buy this again.

Let me preface by saying that I am a cotton candy addict. I LOVE cotton candy, and I eat it all the time. That means that I had SUPER HIGH expectations for this cotton candy.Spun Paradise met all of my expectations. This cotton candy is the ishhhhhhhhhh! It smells great, it tastes great, and most importantly it has that perfect cotton candy texture that I love. I started with watermelon and mango and those were great. However when I finally got around to eating the sea salt caramel flavor I felt like I was reborn. NO JOKE that was the best cotton candy flavor i've ever had to date. I'm sure i'm going to order just that one next time and go into a sugar coma. That doesn't mean the other flavors are bad, they're good! That just means that sea salt caramel is superb. Really, I just want to marry Spun Paradise. Thank you for this amazing gift.

First this is some of the best cotton candy you’ve tasted. It’s delicious. I was concerned about ordering a fragile confection through the mail but the candy is layered in the plastic tubs in such a way that it comes out like it’s right off the cardboard cone at a fairground. If you’re on the fence, give it a shot. It’s great.

I go through short bouts of intense cotton candy cravings. This company and flavor (watermelon) are my new favorite, though their other flavors are yummy too. The product is fresh. The flavoring is neither artificial (like traditional cotton candy) nor powdery (a downside with other gourmet cotton candies such as Sugar and Spun). This feels just like a more adult version of classic cotton candy.A side note, I believe the company was originally based in Hawaii and is now in Arizona. On a recent trip to Kauai, I was hoping to see this product around, but it was nowhere. Maybe the Hawaii humidity doesn't bode well for cotton candy—but the Hawaiian flavors are a win. I'll have to visit their shop next time I'm in AZ!

Ordered 4 containers for a party. Started setting out two containers 30 min.before party started but within 10 min. they started to melt. This was an indoor party on a cold winter day. Contacted seller who offer to refund the two unopened container if I shipped it back at my expense. I had no use with them since the party was passed and I couldn't even use any of them. I had to remove the melted mess since it looked terrible on the dessert table spread. According to seller when I contacted them " Cotton candy, whether on a stick or in a container, will begin melt as soon as it is opened, especially in high humidity or warm weather. Cotton candy cannot sit opened to outside elements for any extended period of time." I'm not a cotton candy connoisseur so did not know it needs to stay in a container to remain fluffy. Would've been nice if they put that warning in their product description. Although it was a let down that I couldn't use the cotton candy for the party I would probably still order from them again but for a snack. They have a good variety of unique flavors.

I don't know about you. When summer came, and the state fair came, off we went to the fair. I must have been 3 or 4.The whole family walked by the cotton candy seller, and the bright colors drew me in.We all shared a cone and I was hooked.I am way past that age now, but sometimes pick up packages of cotton candy in the store and they do taste a bit artificial.When I visited Hawaii I was with a sugar hound, so we did stop by a small cart and got some candy floss. OMG! so much better.After home I felt that no where in my area would I get that taste and reluctantly went back to the bags.One sugar day I googled "adult cotton candy flavors" and got Amazon and the Coconut Cotton Candy Spun Paradise #1 Natural Fairy Floss.Coconut?!?! I love coconut. I make coconut boba/bubble tea, coconut oil --- you get the picture.I find the actual flavor is mild but very nice. Coconut, like cherry (my other love), can get fake tasting if the balance is not correct. Spun Paradise Cotton Candy Co. nailed it.That first purchase was kind of a whim, but after a few weeks I missed it. The actual texture is way better than the bags and tastes fresher.I recommend Spun Paradise Cotton Candy Co. floss. Make your drinks, cupcakes and whatever, or eat it out of hand, you can't go wrong.My only problem is with neuropathy hands, the plastic containers are a bit hard to open.I did find the cost from Spun is the same here on Amazon, however I recommend you check. This is my second order. It's a hit at parties because the watermelon flavor isn't saccharine sweet. It's nuanced and wonderful. This is an adult cotton candy. Simply divine. I also top cakes with it. Gorgeous and fluffy. Nice packaging. They should make a larger one though so I don't have four packages. Better for enviornment that way. I hope they consider that. I'm sure like me people need on larger quantities.
