The media could not be loaded.  I had no trouble pairing the earbuds in Stereo mode or individually, once you pair them with your phone just taking them out of the case will make them automatically pair with the phone. Now, each earbud speaks and says "left paired" and "right paired" but there isn't an indicator on the earbud itself and you can't really tell which one is which without hearing which is left and right if you put them in the case backwards. It would have been a nice touch to put an L or R on the earbud itself letting you know so you don't have to listen for that audio clue really fast the moment it pairs, if you don't put the earbuds in your ear fast you won't hear it in time.Meanwhile, the sound is good but not great, you get decent mid and high range but they are a bit weak on bass range, and music can sound a little flat and hollow. The microphone is respectable considering how far the mic on these earbuds is away from the ear. Battery life showed about 3+ hours per bud, case recharged earbuds multiple times and used case to charge earbuds for days without having to plug in the USB case to charge it.Overall they get a solid 4 stars, if they do improve the model in the future they can use stronger drivers (maybe larger) and label which earbud is which.

Fantastic audio quality, sleek & comfortable.. as promised, they're great with cancelling noise, fast to recharge, and the little charging case is perfect. I can't wait to use these every day, for workouts, walks in the city and basically all the time. Really happy with this product.

I bought these in November of 2018 when they were labeled as "aigo" and on sale. I had a little difficulty pairing the earbuds together but eventually got them to see each other. They sounded GREAT and I was so impressed I told my sister to get some. I did learn the battery life was so-so, maybe getting 2 hours on low volume but I expected that. What I didn't expect is they would not stay paired to each other. In mid-listening session, one would just drop off and I would go from stereo to mono, then it would suddenly reconnect. As I sit here now on 3-8-2019, they will not pair to each other no matter how many times I reset. I have followed instructions and watched the videos numerous times and I give up.

I was a little skeptical about buying this because of the battery but the surprised me. I haven't used the more than 6 hours but the battery was still running great. What most surprised me was the distance I could travel away from my phone without losing connection. And there where walls in between so extra points for that! I have another pair where they disconnected even when I had my phone on me. Only complain I have is that there isn't enough noise canceling. But I will over look that just because of the range benefits. I don't know much about music to tell if I should complain about it but it sounded fine to me. And I mean most people buying this earphones want discreet earphones and that's what you get.

When I received the earbuds I started connecting them and I kept seeing two S9 Bluetooth sources showing up. I could only connect to one of them and only one earbud would work. I checked the manual for help and this is what it said in the "Frequently Asked Questions treatment":Q: Are there two "S9" device names in the search for Bluetooth?A: Delete the two device names, and then press (power on and connect) to operateThese instructions make no sense. I tried to understand what it means and do a few things to reconnect but none of them worked. I was only able to connect the earbuds after reading the Q&A here.After I connected the earbuds successfully I was able to listen to them and the sound quality is comparable to a few other models I've owned (none of them are close to a simple Apple wired earphones, BTW, but I don't get them for Hi-Fi but for convenience). The description mentions "booming bass" but I can assure you it's not there.These earbuds do connect in 1-2 seconds after startup, which is very fast compared to other models I've owned.The biggest problem with these buds was the fact that they would not stay in my ears. They'd be OK for a while but at some point I would open my mouth or tilt my head in some way and I'd feel the earbuds slide out of my ear and hit the floor. This did not happen with previous in-ear buds I owned.A slight annoyance was the charging case. The earbuds are smooth and round. It would be nice if they had some kind of notch to grab to take them out of the charging case. If your hands are dry or greasy it's tough to find any purchase to extract them out of the case.The last thing to mention is the appalling user manual. I think they just put the output of an automated translator into the manual without bothering to read it. First of all, the product box read, "Ture Wireless Stereo Buds". Then, there were some real gems in the manual itself, e.g.- The belt can be worn freely around, it is light and flexible and the comfort is good- (From Precautions) Please use this product while you are safe- Please do not perform barbaric operations on the product, such as beatings, collisions, etc.These are just examples but the manual itself is pretty much useless.I am returning these because they don't come even close to satisfying my needs.

The first thing that I love about these is that they fit my awkwardly tiny ears. Most earbuds that go inside the ear are too big. The sound quality was so great for something so tiny. The charging is simple. I will warn you that you may look like a crazy person if they are not visible and you are having a phone convo haha. I am super pleased with my purchase and will be back for another pair for my brothers Christmas gift.

I added my own larger silicon ear caps to the end of the earbuds. They fit very snug in the ear and block out noise. As well, it adds additional bass. For the price, the sound quality is very good and the volume is good. HOWEVER, the product CONSTANTLY has issues with pairing. I literally cannot get through one song while working out in the gym in which one of the earbuds drops. BEYOND annoying! It actually makes me work out harder because I get fired up. UGH If the pairing worked properly, I literally would have given this product 4.5 or 5 stars.
