NYDJWomen's Petite Marilyn Straight Jean

I ordered a pair if the black Marilyn months ago & need another pair. I thought this was a no brainer but the second pair were way smaller then the first pair plus different fabric content :( I contacted customer care for a replacement and so glad I did. The exact same pant as I’d previously ordered (& wanted) were delivered today. The other pair were “defective”!!! Finally no more wondering what the heck is going on with this jean company.

I Love NY DJ but I ordered size 12 petite and while they fit the length is definitely not the petite length that I've gotten before. So I'm not sure whether these were on sale because they were wrong length or if it was mistakenly marked petite. It is unfortunate

Too long for a petite size. Had to take up 2 inches on the hem and I am 5'5'. Could have done that with regular jeans.

Love the fit and they are super comfortable. I bought blue and black pairs in 10 petite. The legs of the blue pair are roughly an inch longer than the black. Too bad I’ll need to get them hemmed but I’m keeping both due to great fit overall.

Good looking jeans just not the right fit for me.I'm 5'1" and overweight to be fair

I love everything about these jeans except the length. I am 5'2" and the petite size is too long for me. They are worth having hemmed up shorter.

I really wanted to fall in love with these, as the color is beautiful & they are cute after washing out the naphthalene smell, took several washes & still goth vibes. Mine don’t look like pictured. The extra length is not terrible with heels or boots. They look great with T shirts, they have a slight flare! Fit lower on my waist than in picture. Ur body type may vary the fit. The fabric is a nice light summer stretch denim soft and cozy. Butt and my big butt here! Bubble flattening. Maybe I got wrong pair? Maybe miss sized? First experience with this brand so don’t know. Cut seems strange. Don’t hike ‘em higher… slow down camel creep. Slightly tighter than other brands. Not an industry standard petite at 33” inseam … industry standard petite runs at 28” NYDJ For short legged curvy ppl with tiny waists & long curvy hips it can be difficult to find a flattering fit, these don’t fit as expected. I hem and haw.

Loved the fit .... but at each side pockets (just beneath on the side) the seams curved and it looked like you were wearing Riding Pants (or Polo pants) .... just a small gap but it looked strange ......therefore I returned the Jeans ... and the second pair I ordered which came separately. Not sure why when ordered at the same time they would have two different deliveries ......but thank you for your service.

I have had many pairs of denim NYDJ. I always buy the Petite Straight Cut but this pair is cut differently. More of a boot cut and despite being Petite they are longer in the leg than other pairs I have had, so I have to shorten them.

Purchased these because they are plain and dark. Disappointed that some of the stitching on the back pocket was unraveled but I didn’t want to send back so I fixed it myself.Much longer than the ones I tried on in the store, they did not need hemming These are so long for a petite fit I will have to get them hemmed. Extra $ I wasn’t counting on. So basically I am not thrilled with NYDJ.

Petite Size Marilyn Straight Leg Size 6P. (Replacing my Eddie Bauer Slightly Curvy High Rise, Slim Straight, size 8P jeans). My first pair of NYDJ and I love the fit. Almost perfect except the length is too long and I will have to hem them. (Usually I do not have to hem petite size jeans.). Patiently waiting for the color "cooper" to be available so I can order a 2nd pair.

Just what I wanted.I am UK size 16 and 5foot 4inches. I ordered 10p and they fit perfectly!
