Worked ok for the first few days but started losing the charge would charge overnight but within 20 minutes they were no charge left so had to return

Bought this for my son. He loves it. Do I love it? No. The touch screen is poor to respond. Sometimes it picks up data signal sometimes it doesn't. The watch is at my home but according to the GPS the watch is actually 4.9 miles away. I set myself up as the SOS number, if it's not calling me constantly, it's sending me SOS texts. The battery doesn't last at all. Knowing what I know now I should have spent a bit more and got something much better. The only reason it got 2 stars is because my son loves it and he won't let me return it.

This is the second watch like this I've purchased recently. My daughter had one a while ago and my son then didn't want to be left out so I had to get him one as well. After the last one I purchased, I was a bit more selective as there had been a few niggly issues with the last.Overall the watch works well. This has pretty much the same functionality as the one I previously purchased and appears to have the same software on it. It also works with the same app (Setracker2) so I can keep an eye on both of them at once quite easily.The charging connector on it is great - it's a magnetic USB connection and cannot go on the wrong way around as the magnetic polarity will repel it if you try and put it on backwards. The display is really clear and bright and easy to use, although a little fiddly with some options if you've got big fingers like myself, but not an issue for children.What does appear to be common to these types of watches is that the SIM card doesn't fit without some modifications. Like the one I got for my daughter, when you put the SIM card in and close the cover, it doesn't push the SIM card in quite enough to make contact therefore it doesn't then register. In a similar manner to the other one, I found that cutting a small piece of a match stick and placing that between the end of the SIM and the cover was just right to push it in further and I've not had any issues since with that. Still, a design option that needs some work.The sound is quite loud and the telephone quality is good and I can clearly understand what is being said. The location accuracy is reasonable, but do remember this uses LBS and not GPS.Overall though it's pretty good. Just hoping that my younger sin doesn't also want one as it's getting a bit expensive for me.

This is the second watch I have purchased. The first was purchased in October as a xmas gift- tried getting it working once opened but faulty watch. Too late to return so bought a second one to try cheer up a very disappointed little boy. Second model also will not turn on when sim is inserted. Seriously not happy. Complete waste of money .

I would like to take this opportunity to review this Jslai kids smart watch.My son likes it a lot, it’s comfortable to wear and it has over 15 different features that includes:-GPRS- So that I know where my son is when he’s playing outside,Camera, Voice chat message feature, Make and receive phone calls, SOS emergency alarm if my son needs me urgently and it is waterproof, plus many other features.It is amazing and I would give it 5 stars.

Same issue as others are reporting, activated SIM is in place but device says insert valid SIM. Bought 2 of these and the blue one only flashes when powering up. You can fix this by removing and re inserting the SIM but the next time you power up you get the same flash. Clearly a fault.

Easy to connect with phone. Download app easily, register and connect phone in wery simple steps. Put sim card, its good that all tools what you need is included in box. There is small screw drawer inside box. Call is good quality, microphone working perfectly. Very recommend for childrens.

The watch arrived with no battery power what so ever and it will not charge so unable to use it. I have had it on charge for well over an hour and it literally flickers on and then straight back off again.
