With lockdown i NEEDED my nails doing so badly, so i thought id give this a bash until the shops reopened.. not holding out much luck with it being so cheap. But i have converted!! Ill be using this for the forseeable!! Fantastic little kit. Took a bit of getting used to as the instructions arent great but by the the time i finished a few nails, i got the hang of it. And the nail file is the best!! Highly highly highly recommend!!!!

I bought these at the start of lockdown to try to preserve my nails at home. The colours are lovely but there are a few issues. Despite careful prep the powder layers do come away from the nail after a few days and don’t adhere as well as proper acrylic overlays. Also the brushes.... despite using the brush preserver they get hard and clogged as so the necks of the bottles. I think these are great for short term use but I prefer acrylic overlays as opposed to dipping powder.

Like with most nail stuff practice makes perfect, the instructions that come with the kit are vague and a bit confusing because they dont quite match up the the products provided however there is a lot of information in the product description on here and after a YouTube tutorial I've done a pretty good job. The colours are beautiful, it does last a while (2 weeks my first go) and makes your nails stronger so they dont break as easily. There is a bit of smelling and stinging during the process but it soon goes away and I would recommend washing your hands and using a nail oil after you've finished. I get a reaction (red and itchy bumps on my fingers) when I use gel on my nails and I've had nothing like that using this kit. So over all I'm very pleased and hopefully will get better everytime I do it.

Once you get the hang of it these are good colours. You may need an extra coat. They are lasting at least 3 weeks for me. Practice makes perfect and by my 3rd set I am getting better at it each time.

I am so glad I bought this! My nail is so weak and I know that dip powder is great for that. It is so easy to use this! And I haven’t noticed any chipped nail yet so finger cross!

Unfortunately this is a case of a cheap product that does a cheap job. The top coat brush was stuck together when it arrived so I had to leave that in the brush cleaner bottle for some time to release it, I’m now at the stage that both brushes for the top coat and the brush cleaner are now stuck. Also the bottle tops keep coming off leaving the brush inside as well.

The instructions was confusing at first but the seller contacted me asap and was very helpful. This is the first time I tried this and I will get better at doing nails. The colours are gorgeous

The overall product is good, the colours match well and the powder is good. However when I went to use the instructions I was left confused as the instructions did not match the products I had. They call the products different and the instructions are very brief. Luckily I have used dip powders before so I knew the steps anyway

You will never have to go to the nail salon again (unless you want to get pampered) if you learn how to use this. I’ve done my nails 3 times now and have finally gotten the hang of it. You need to file your natural nail slightly so there’s enough ridges for the polish to grip on. Especially on the edges, which is the most important part. If you don’t do this the dip will lift up after a few days. This will cause water and dirt to get trapped underneath and can lead to fungal problems so be sure to take extra care to file the edges of your nails. After you need to wash your fingernails and make sure they’re fully dry (or use rubbing alcohol) to make sure there’s no oil on the nail bed. Apply even thin coats (I usually do 3 coats of the base + color dip) and make sure to let it dry completely before brushing off. I normally dip a full hand before I brush the powder off. If you do it too soon you’ll ruin the polish and the brush will get clumpy. Make sure you don’t let the actual polish brush dry out either and put it back on the bottle when you’re not using it right away. Then use the activator, smooth the dip out and apply the base. And voila - nails that last for up to 2 weeks. I have no clumping on my brushes because I don’t let the powder get on it or let them dry out. I put a fake nail tip and use the base coat as a glue to add length and it works really well for me. I would definitely recommend this if you want to save money or time going to the salon!

I've been using dip powder for almost a year now. Was going to get it done professionally but it gets costly. My nails tend to break and chip easily so i have worn gel or acrylic nails for a few years. Dip nails give you the strength without being quite so thick. I've been doing my own nails for 3 months and have tried a few brands.it definitely had a learning curve for me. I've watched several videos to help understand how to make shaping easier.Things I really liked about this line:- the jars of product are nice and large making for easy dipping.- the product is fine milled and that makes it less "clumpy" than some I have used.- the base coat and activator jars etc are easy to use.- the included file does a really nice job and the brush was a lovely touch.Cons:- the jars aren't as full as I'd like especially the clear one- the wand on the top coat keeps falling off the lidI would prefer to get 2 smaller sized jars of base vs 1 large and this is the item that will seize up and lock your lid shut. i have learned to be extra careful about not allowing any spill over and to cleaning up before closing.

Je vais déposer le tout en point relais ce jour. Je suis en attente du remboursement. Je mettrais à jour ce commentaire dès que tout est réglé.

El producto no me gusta ya que no dura y se levanta con facilidad y a la semana o menos ya hay que volver a rehacer todo.He utilizado otras marcas y el acabado dura hasta tres semanas.No lo recomiendo y no pienso volver a pedirlo.

Much better than expected for the price! I used this system for the first time, watched a few tutorial videos and was surprised how easy and fuss free it is! The colours are very similar to the picture. Only negative: the how to description included makes no sense at all.
