Proper inverter
This is twice the size of a cheaper puresinewave inverter I purchasedAnd three times weight, you can feel the quality.I opened up the unit to connect earth to neutral for the small consumer unit rcd to work correctly. This is running security lights charging power tool batteries etc and emergency back up for boiler and fridge freezer with 2 x 100 amp lead carbon batteries with victron inverters and solar panels

Perfect for charging an EMTB
I bought this as it was recommended on a forum as being a very high quality Pure Sine Wave inverterI was not disappointed! This charges my Bosch EMTB easily with both the 4amp and the 6amp fast charger.I tried it with a small radiator and the over-wattage cut off works perfectly.I also use this to charge my Worx hydroshot portable jet wash. The build quality is phenomenal and at some point I will be swapping my split charger out for a Victron unit. I'm also looking to get the bluetooth add on so I can monitor it all through my phone!

Excellent, clean, reliable inverter
This is a pure sine wave inverter, specifically designed for solar setups.Due to the input voltage range of up to 17v, this won’t trip a high input voltage alarm when the solar is at 14.7V like some of the cheaper ones.I also found my laptop charger adapter is now running a lot cooler than with my previous inverter so it has a much cleaner sine wave than some others.Very good, uses almost no power with no load, I keep leaving it switched on and have noticed no difference on the batteries.

Quality inverter
I have been running a 500w load (double battery charger) through this inverter gets warm with this but does the job pretty easily. The 5 year warranty just lets you know you can rely on Victron.

What a difference a professional toy makes
I had bought a cheaper inverter 1st, but the noise of the 'intelligent' fan (as in always on) was just unbearable inside the van. So I bit the bullet, sent it back, and spent a bit more on this nifty device. The difference could not be starker. No noise at all and the build quality is second to none. The only two downsides I found are really related to my particular setup. The eco mode is a no-go because it switches the power on and off every few seconds and my LED lights come on every time (even when switched off). The on/off switch is on the power outside only and the unit draws a whopping 7W standby power, even when switched off. For my poor old leisure battery this, unfortunately, proved too much, even with my 80W worth of solar panel. Love it, keep it, and will just adapt to it's requirements... Big Grin!
