CAP Barbell Weight Plate Rack for 1-Inch Weight Plates

I am setting up a little workout space in my basement and needed something to hold my 160lbs of weights. The price was right on this!! I wasn’t expecting the ease of assembly and the quality of the product. I have the little 5lb weights on the middle post. The 25 and 50’s on the sided and i think i have a 10. I would recommend getting the rack set up in the space you want because it’s too heavy to move and you’ll have to take everything off. Its super sturdy… not just for the price but overall. One side oft the posts did not screw in as tight as the others but it does not hinder usability. The foot print is very small so it takes up a small amount of space. The coating, which i expected to reflect the cost… absolutely did not. I can tell that this will hold up well!!I would recommend for a beginner weight lifting space as it is priced appropriately and quality enough to get a newbie started!!

I got this rack since I had a lot of loose weight plates scattered around my home gym. I like the fact it is small and compact, and can easily hold 4 plates on each arm. The assembly only took about 15 minutes and I was ready to start loading it.Some tips for assembly. If you have a socket set, the nuts are 17MM. It makes the assembly go way smoother than if you are using an adjustable wrench. You just need to hold the hex key in place and let the racket do the work. If you have a hex bits, it is a size 6 metric. Also, when putting the arms on, screw them down by hand as tight as you can go. Only takes about a 1/4 turn with the hex key at that point to lock them in tight.When loading the weight plates, put your heaviest ones on the bottom arms or on the center arm, and the lighter ones on the top arms. While I know that seems logical to do it that way, just wanted to point it out, since it will give more stability.This is a really nice addition to my workout space.

The assembly process was a little tougher than expected because it required more tools than what was provided. Luckily, I had the tools on hand. The rack isn't 100% sturdy, but it's definitely stable enough to do its job properly. In the photo, you can see 180 lbs sitting firmly on each arm.

I purchased this weight plate tree to rack the weights that come with the 52.5 lb CAP dumbell set. It comfortably racks the weights for combined plates of two of these single dumbell sets. It was well packed and arrivedly safely to my home. I assembled the weight tree in a matter of minutes using the included allen wrench and my own socket wrench. The instructions were minimal only providing an exploded view of where the pieces go, but it is simple enough so I don't think more instruction is actually necessary. I don't know how this would handle larger plates but does very well for the small plates that came with my dumbell set.

Delivered on time; easy to assemble with socket, wrench or pliers and the included Allen wrench; fairly light to carry but very sturdy for my 1" plates up to 35 pounds. Cleans up my home gym, and I don't have to wrestle plates from the floor.

Perfect size for my 1” plates! I use “loadable” dumbbells rather than machines/bar, as I like the extra stabilizer muscle-engagement. The rack was simple to assemble, welds are perfect, paint job is flawless and looks extra durable. No scratches in 3 months. I built a “rack” for my rack out of spare lumber, a free ottoman I thrifted and some casters, so now I can move it to clean/access my weights. This rack is holding all of my 7.5#, 5#, 3.5#, 2.5# and 1.25# plates. Waste no further time; this rack is going to work for you!

The barbell plait tree is perfect for my extra weights. Easy to set up, but there is 1 screw missing. I have reached out to Amazon to see if they can send me the missing part. Other than that, It is perfect for what I need. UPDATE: they sent me the missing piece, changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars!

It works great and its very solid and sturdy and it doesn't take up too much space. I’m very impressed and satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it.

Cumplió con lo descrito en sus especificaciones y es sencillo de armar, solo requieres de una herramienta por tu cuenta. Buen soporte de peso, no recomiendo usar el rack para discos olímpicos, solo los de 1 pulgada de entrada.

I have had these a few weeks these were easy to assemble, arrived on time. I use it to hold around 80kg 1inch iron weight plates, is sturdy even when putting more on one side than the other, can easily fit 10kg on each rack, so works well for what I need it for. Great purchaseNo more plates leaning on the wall or on the floor!

Mi sono trovato benissimo con questo poggia dischi di bodybuilding. È solido e ha un bel colore nero, che fa una bella figura in casa. In più, prendendo e rimettendo lungo i pioli i dischi, anche di vari kg, la vernice nera mostra una discreta resistenza all'abrasione.
