"Tesfom & Habtom's Rivalry" (Tigrinya Edition)

This is a beautifully written, thought-provoking and intriguing story of two families. It is full of suspense, love, loss, rivalry and greed and it has been a while since I came across a Tigrigna book that drew me into the story and made me feel part of it. I felt so connected to the characters that I found myself wanting to intervene!!! I also couldn't help but feel profound sadness when one my favourite characters died. It kept me company during my bus rides to and from work and I can’t wait to read part II!!! So to my fellow habesha readers who appreciate intricate and original stories I say, “ Nkedem belu. I promise you will get hooked and will not regret reading this”!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Beautifully written by the author to the point where I felt a personal connection with the characters. Definitely recommend reading. Be prepared to be intrigued!
