Mil-TecTrilam Wet Weather Jacket w/Fleece Liner - Men's, Black, Small, 10615002-902

Could NOT ask for a BETTER practical parka for THIS PRICE. Plenty WARM (has a good quality REMOVABLE fleece ECWCS liner (removable-zippered) - for extra added warmth). FIT is PERFECT..I'm a taut midweight for my height so I ordered the Size: SMALL (128 lbs. - 5' 3") - athletic build. ALL ASPECTS of this particular ECWCS Parka are BEYOND excellent. It doesn't have 2 dozen+ pockets for storage - I don't need that many - it has sufficient enough compartments to carry "the basics" (plus my iPhoneX). The design, fabric (top quality), reinforced stitching, assembly & fastening elements are of the type you would expect from a parka costing far more. I was tired of buying outerwear that never failed to disappoint so I went back to wearing what I was most comfortable & best prepared with. I researched & compared pricing of the ECWCS parkas for 6 months & found only (1) that came close (bought it, too) - I have purchased & own Alpha Undefeated×Burton, Propper, Mil-Tec, & so on - this one is genuine Mil-Tec (sewn-in label says made in Germany), as far as pointers on decent ECWCS outerwear - I have family & plenty sensible friends in the Corps. that gave me reco on outerwear & gear they've purchased & can depend on. If you can find an ECWCS parka jacket of THIS FINE QUALITY & design for THIS PRICE - I SALUTE YOU! Good luck finding one..WILL BUY another one from Military_1st before I travel further north. Two of my pals, who retired from the Corps, ordered this one (after they saw my parka). Looks & feels good enough to wear for a night out on the town (be prepared - fine steakhouses (here at home) require you to wear a proper shirt ->with tie, so..no problem, had to bring a spare cravat along for a friend - tucked it into 1 of the parka's handy pockets). Really!? Yep. VERSATILE. You can wear this one just about ANYWHERE (I prefer this parka in a more formal COLOR: BLACK - since I do wear it to dinner outings when it's damp & freezing here or over there). NO complaints! Ordered 4/20/19, received 5/1/19. Unpacking, with liner zipped in, it feels heavy! Size Medium, I'm 5'10" 180 lbs, 44R chest, 34 waist, like 34/35 inch dress shirt sleeves. Sleeve length good, hood feels restricted, comparing to my same size military issue ('95) woodland ecws jacket. Fit is good with liner in or out. As others mentioned, zippers on opposite side, and are plastic. Hope they last, even if they don't, would have replaced at local tailor shop. With liner out, jacket has nylon lining throughout, like the real ones, covering the taped seams. Jacket feels warm worn by it self, even warmer with Liner zipped in. Liner feels warm worn by itself, has internal pockets each side, zippered pockets on outside both sides. Shoulder area of liner has nylon lining, helping to keep wind from cutting through. Cut of material everywhere seems to exactly match real ecws jacket. Feel of material is softer than my issue Gore-Tex ecws jacket, flexible not stiff, will update when chance to wear in rain. Look is good, for use anywhere, any occasion, wanted same as my Gore-Tex, but to get away from camo look. No hidden chest map pockets, not a loss. Overall - very happy with purchase at this time.

Nice jacket, ordered 8 jan and received 11 Feb via usps. Shipped from overseas so expect a bit of a wait. Wore it snowblowing first day, 20 degress, snowing, with a blustery north wind and kept warm. Zipper is on the left side but not that big of a deal. I'm 6 feet about 150 lbs and ordered the small which fits well.

A great coat for all but the warmest of weather. This coat will keep you warm a cold environment and dry in a wet one. Size as expected.

I really like this jacket- it is perfect for the "wintry mix"es we get in NY in DEC-FEB. I like the durable nylon with a DWR finish- but if it was really going to downpour, I'd switch to commercial fisherman foul weather gear. The fleece is thick, but not purely windproof- so I wear an inexpensive down layer underneath(or a hoodie made for people who work in meat lockers). I took one star away for the cheap zipper- I'd be surprised if I get a season out of this without looking to get it replaced due to damage or just plain frustration. I'm taking another star away because Military1st does not stock the synthetic fur hood, nor seems to be interested in ordering it for a jacket that loses something without it. I bought the fur hood in Olive from asmc.de from a recommendation directly from Sturm/Mil-Tec (which you may want to consider buying the jacket and fur hood from directly considering their discounts combined with cost-prohibitive shipping costs).

I'll review the jacket itself later, but I wanted to post a brief note on the sizing. It is true to size. I'm 6'4", 215 pounds with 37" sleeve length. The XL fits perfectly.Additionally, the customer service is fantastic from this seller!

It’s an alright jacket - not worth $306 … the inner lining on the hood is far too small for the actual jacket so when the hood is up it barely covers your head

Nulla da aggiungere al titolo. Per 10 anni la giacca ha ampiamente tenuto testa a qualunque intemperia, clima, temperatura io abbia affrontato. Le ultime tasche le ho scoperte 4 mesi fa! Ricomprata subito. Esteticamente non è bella, ma funzionalmente non si può davvero chiedere di più

Ben perso je trouve la veste plutôt bien dans l'ensemble, rien de précis à dire... Seul bémol avec cet achat, heureusement la veste n'avait pas d'accrocs, mais l'emballage pour la livraison était déchiré, - 1 étoile pour ceci....

Arrived a week early, well packaged as normal with amazon. First thought's quite heavy and very nicely made, good quality zips. I'm a bit of a big fella 6 ft 2 ". I got the xxxl from what other people had said, really only needed a xxl a lot of room for jumpers. But the coat is so warm you don't really need any. Good length for me about 4 inches below my hips. Front pockets have 2 fasteners on them, 1 a push button and the 2nd is velcro, which is a touch you can keep your hands inside and the flap is closed by the other fastener keeping you inside of the pocket dry. Nice touch!! The fleece is good enough to wear separately. 2 zipped pockets either side of the main zip are very big. Zip on the back of the sleeve I haven't used these yet. The hood is very big and I can wear my proper headphones underneath without any problems. The Gortex is soft not very noisy when walking. Fully waterproof and warm. There is a piece of fabric that has push together fastening, that's about 6-8 up from the bottom. You can push them together under the zip and it works better than a drawstring for keeping out any drafts. Overall I'm so chuffed with the jacket. Does it all, keeps you dry and very warm. The jacket is much more than the price would let you think.
