LILASPeriod Cramps Pain Relief Patch - Pack of 5

I was happy to find these natural menstrual patches. Using a heating pad at work is a pain because the cord gets caught under the rollers of my desk chair and, even though I've done the proceeding in desperate relief for pain, it doesn't look too great for co-workers coming into my office and seeing my pants open with a heating pad shoved down there. 😂Anyway, I took the chance on these, hoping they would be a win, and they were.I tend to get nauseating cramps that radiate into my lower back and, sometimes, my lady region.When those cramps showed up the other day, I whipped out one of those patches. I tried it on my lower abdomen first. I started feeling the patch doing its thing within seconds.It took a few short minutes (maybe 5 or so) before I started noticing that my pain was alleviating.I was stoked that it was working! So, I slapped a second one on my lower back. It took a bit longer for me to feel my back pain alleviating but it did work, and they both worked well for for the near 12 hours I left them on for.The patches provide a cool sensation and an almost numbing effect on the immediate area.I love that they are easy to use, that they're easily wearable under clothing and stick well, that the product uses only natural ingredients/no toxic chemicals, that they work (and work well) for as long as they claim, saves me the hassle of working around a heating pad at my work desk, and that it keeps me from taking OTC pain aids.The only drawback for me is that there's only 5 patches to a package. That can get pretty pricy, especially if I use two at a time.Also, I will caution, be careful with how long you do leave them on because, after I took them off, I was a bit startled to see it had burned me. Thankfully, the burn was gone by the morning. I just won't leave them on as long.I'm very pleased overall and highly recommend! 🩷

I suffer from REALLY bad cramps every month due to endometriosis, perimenopause, and possible PCOS. Pretty sure I have PMDD, too… but thanks to these patches (which I make sure I never run out of), I can actually function every month.I’ve literally tried everything: ice, heat, pain pills, naproxen, CBD, etc. I was pretty confident these wouldn’t do anything, but they work so well! Whenever I know my period is about to start, I put one of these on at night before bed. If I wake up to cramps and didn’t remember to use one, I put it on and within 20-30 mins my pain subsides. They work especially well with a heat pad & aleve! It feels a little cool, a little warm, and smells like menthol and eucalyptus (very medicinal, but soothing). I can even take a bath or shower with it on! I can use one for 24 hours.Get this if you suffer from burning, twisting, stabbing, or radiating pain every month!! Get the biggest pack! 👍🏼

Great menthol patch! I felt relief two minutes after putting one on. They definitely last 8 hours as long as you don’t sweat. I have a very active job and the adhesive doesn’t work through sweat.I have very sensitive skin, so it did make my skin red. But there was no irritation, and the redness was gone the next day.I smelled menthol on myself while wearing it, even though I was wearing perfume as well. My co worker told me she didn’t smell anything though.The only thing I would improve is the price. I’ve seen patches with a stronger concentration of menthol for a lesser price.Overall, I am so thankful that I discovered these! They’re one day delivery with prime. So easy to order and get quickly. And pain relief at the source.

These patches are a little smaller than what I would like ( my personal preference). Love the scent of it, it’s not overwhelming. It does help with pain. It’s not bulky at all, don’t hear a crunching noise when moving around. I have extremely painful and heavy periods. I will continue to be buying this product. And what I love most about this product created by Women for Women!

These help a lot with cramps but I still need a lot of otc pain meds. The menthol/eucalyptus smell is EXTREMELY STRONG, so be prepared to have people notice that you smell like Vicks, it takes a bit to get used to it. Also the adhesive is unforgiving and strong. If it folds on itself there’s no prying it apart, so be careful to smoothly apply it and get help putting patches on your back or neck if possible. I will say it’s nice that it’s strong and will stay in place all day or all night no problem. It’s surprising that it actually comes off pretty easily when you pull it off considering how well it sticks to you. I wish the smell wasn’t so obvious/strong but it’s dry, you can leave it on overnight, you don’t have to worry about burns or overheated skin like you do with heating pads, so overall I’d recommend it. 3.5/5

The LILAS Pain Relief Patch is a must have if you have painful periods (or anything for that matter).Pros:1. The patch provides pain relief for many types of issues.2. It provides relief for those who have painful period cramps.3. Relief seems to last for at least 12 hours, or longer if left on for more than that.4. The patch is all natural, and you don't have to worry about any side effects.5. It stays on until removed, with no issues.6. A 5 pack for the price advertised is a pretty good deal.Cons:1. While it does provide relief, I still feel the need to take pain reliever and herbal supplements to aid in pain relief. It absolutely helps more to have it, but it doesn't replace pain reliever and supplements for me.2. It leaves a residue/rash temporarily after removing the patch. I notice this makes another patch applied immediately after removing one less effective as it doesn't stick to the same area. Waiting awhile or washing the area before applying a new patch works best.Overall: This pain relief patch definitely aids in my pain relief during the monthly curse. I only use it on my most painful days. It's effective, and I'm giving it five stars as the pros outweigh the cons.
