I purchased this because nettles are supposed to stimulate the body’s production of natural anti-histamines. All I can say is that after taking 2 pills a day for a week, I stopped taking fexofenadine and my allergies haven’t returned. I had been taking fexofenadine for 2 months daily because of itchy eyes and runny noses. Is it possible something else changed? Of course, but I do believe that this really helped.

I bought this to help with allergies and support immune system and I can tell a difference after only 4 days. My congestion is lessened and I am able to breathe through ny nose again at night. I have had so much congestion for about 6 months and finally am starting to feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. 😀

I have suffered from seasonal allergies since I was 8 years old - almost 50 years. Every spring and fall have been miserable for me because I love to be outdoors and doing so would cause me endless sneezing, itchy eyes, etc. I use Allegra because it helps the most but does not come close to alleviating my symptoms. I avoid eating wheat and consuming beer during my allergy season because eating it seems to exacerbate my symptoms.I tried this product because I was desperate to enjoy spring like I did as a child. Unlike some other review writers, I continued to take an Allegra in conjunction with 2 nettle capsules per day. It has been nothing short of a miracle. I usually spend Mother's Day in bed or on the couch, miserable from allergies. This year, I went for a hike IN THE WOODS! No problems all. I have been eating wheat with abandon and sampled lots of ales in Ireland and Scotland during a 2 week vacation.I can't promise you will get the same results. But if you have seasonal allergies, it's sure worth a try.

I am a very allergic individual and take nettles in addition to corticosteroids and loretidine. During bad allergy season I take 3 times/d or even more often if in a very allergenic setting. It does not interfere with other medications and gives relief within 30 min.I know people that can manage their allergies with nettles alone. My boyfriend is allergic to a lot of stuff and breaks out in hives then has to take Benadryl to help with itching and all around discomfort. He hates taking Benadryl because it makes him groggy. However since I have found this it takes the itch away and help with his allergies in general. I found it also helps with my seasonal allergies. It doesn't make you groggy or dazed.lol . This stuff is a god send. Now that I found it couldn't live without it!
